The staff were very helpfull and kind. Only thing lacking was coffee/tea making facilities in the bedroom. Taking the full amount of my bill as deposit when I had used points for most of my stay did seem unreasonable.

There are a ton of taxis waiting at the arrivals. It's a 20 min ride or so depending on traffic and it's a set $30 euro fee to get to the hotel. If you don't speak Spanish then have the address available for the driver
