I was going on business trip and went here on a Saturday to relax a bit before meetings from Monday. Firs of all, the pool was empty, which was the main reason why I chose the hotel. Second of all, I think they got their 4 stars 20 years ago and haven't done much to deserve them since. The hotel is old, the rooms are very outdated, dark and just not how you expect a 4-star hotel in 2021 to be. The girls in the reception was very sweet and helpful, good service etc. No doubt about that.
This is not good the restaurant are not good it’s better to eat at the mc Donald’s you get better service there and the personal is very unpleasant and no intressent what you order , I’d you order a meet then you get a salad , and you order water then you get a beer
I travel a lot to Spain, both in business as for holiday, this is a favourite hotel, great location, good rooms, and great breakfast!, garage is included for free, 15 minutes walk to city center, but with great pit stops on the way.
We stayed here for 2 nights when we were going to the Bryan Adams concert. Hotel well situated. Bedrooms were very good and great bathroom as bath and a separate shower cubicle. Would stay again if we were coming back to Murcia.
Had to book this hotel when my original hotel got cancelled due to damage from previous weeks bad weather. Lovely hotel, poolside good and not very busy as this is mainly a business hotel. The hotel restaurant was excellent for an evening meal. The only problem I had with this hotel was that unless you booked a breakfast (14 euros) there was no where to get a hot drink whether it be tea/coffee before 10am when the bar opened. Resorted having to go in search of a decent cup of coffee in local area (even McDonalds down the road did not open until 12 noon? very strange! and the 24 hour Burger King was not open at 9am) but excellent cafes in Carrefour but this does not open until 9am, but would highly recommend, fresh food and good choice of sandwiches for lunch etc. Local restaurants do not usually open until at least 8.30pm on an evening (not much good if you have kids that want feeding) and very little English spoken in this area, though we managed by pointing lol.…
