This hostel has a really great community vibe. Everyone was friendly, helpful, etc. It is definitely a great deal for the $$. I'm not going to say that the hostel is updated or that everything is brand new and shiny, because that simply isn't the case. However, it is clean, well-kempt and provides a number of amenities such as free... More

Stayed here as part of a tour of Northern Spain with a group of friends, I am 40 and used to 4 and 5 star hotels, but as somewhere comfortable to stay with friends who know they're really only going to use the Hostel for sleeping, this place was great. That said, the bathrooms really do need some attention, but... More

This was a fantastic little hostel. The staff were helpful and friendly, providing maps and showing us places to eat and visit. There is breakfast offered, with cereals, toast, biscuits, croissants, mini cupcakes, cookies... etc up until about 11am. They also have a fairly well equipped, reasonably sized kitchen with free tea/coffee all day. The common room is very homey... More

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff are extra friendly and went out of their way to help us. Even did our washing for us!!! Gave us free beer vouchers @ the Cerveza festival. Great free DVD collection. We even used the printer!

I stayed at Hemingway for 2 nights with friends during the Running of the Bulls. We booked our rooms 6+ months in advance and were thrilled that we secured a spot when we did. Every time we returned to the hostel there were more and more people gathered outside hoping for a spare place. Of course this was during the... More

This is one of the best hostels I've stayed in ever. The STAFF are incredibly FRIENDLY and knowledgeable about the city - they have maps and guides at hand and lots of insider / local tips on where to go / what to see / eat. The rooms are quite roomy, each bed has a sizeable locker, and they are... More

We booked one night and stayed for six. Everyhing about this hostel was unexpectedly fantastic. And top of the delights were the people who owned and worked here: 3 spanish guys and a german girl. Clearly they have all stayed in hostes; they know what someone who stays in a hostel wants and they're so happy to give it! It's... More

“It is a very comfortable hostel.”

“All of the rooms looked good to me. There is one room with 4-6 beds in it immediately when you enter on the right which could noisier only because of its location. The hostel was very quiet the whole time I was there so this is probably not an issue.”

“Cheapest room is a good one, well equipated with lockers, plug and light, and 4 dorms are more spacious if you want to be more confortable, i didn´t sleet in double rooms, but i saw it and i think is a better option if you travel with a partner or friend..”
