This is a very nice hotel. It is a bit difficult to locate if you're driving because it is tucked into a small street. A GPS helps a lot. We parked outside the hotel and the concierge came outside and took care of our luggage and got us checked in. With his help, I was then able to understand where...

This hotel, in a renovated mansion, hides modern rooms behind a formal exterior. Both our room and bathroom were large by European standards and tastefully furnished. The staff at reception and checkout were helpful and friendly. Breakfast service was a bit slow and disjointed due to a large group of Camino "bikers" arriving in the dinning room just as we...

Having trawled the social media sites, not just trip advisor when looking for somewhere to stay in Pamplona Palacio Guendulain was rated highly across the board by many travellers. We can but only agree. It is beautifully restored and in a great location to explore old Pamplona. We found the accommodation excellent and the staff outstanding. We booked through the...

We arrived on Easter for a 3 night stay. We originally had booked our stay at the Gran Hotel La Perla. Some acquaintances of ours in Pamplona suggested the Palacio Guendulain. Luckily we were able to switch our reservations. So glad we did. Located on a small street behind the main square, the hotel was a gem. A small plaza...

Whilst my daughter was living in Pamplona, I took the opportunity to visit whenever the possibility arose. On the previous occasions I visited, I was travelling alone, so the approach was a touch more relaxed, any port in a storm so to speak. As this trip was a lot longer than usual than an overnight stay whilst on business and...

We brought a group to the hotel in July, 2014 and wanted to enjoy this beautiful palace. We had assurance from the manager that we could alter our group number until 30 days before arrival, instead of their 60-day window for normal reservations. Unfortunately, when we wanted to make an adjustment they didn't honor their word, and refused to allow...

I came for work with my wife. The hotel is in a beautiful historic building in the center of town. It was easy to access and park. The staff was friendly and helpful with every one of our needs and requests. The room was a little drafty - not surprising given the age of the building. But otherwise it was...

Our group of fifty friends had a reservation for breakfast. They had messed up and mixed us up with a different party which meant that the service was very poor. I had to go and find someone three times to say that we still had not got our food. When it eventually arrived it was stone cold. It a shame...

We stayed in the Palacio for two nights in October 2014. The hotel is very close to all the nice locations in the old town of Pamplona. We had a deluxe room which was very spacious with a modern bath room. The breakfast was very good as well, you can choose from a (small) buffet with fruits, pastries, etc. but...

A boutique hotel in the heart of Pamplona with the service one would expect from a 5* establishment. From the moment we arrived the service of the was nothing other than excellent. The room was very luxurious and the bed extremely comfortable. Thoroughly recommended!
