Four of us recently stayed at the Hotel Bristol Park for 12 nights and it was a very enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, ALL the staff that worked here, were very, very friendly. We had Half Board and at both the Breakfast and Evening Meal the choice was exemplary. In the evening, it was...

The Reception And Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful However when trying to purchase an ice cream lolly from a fridge in the bar area, the smaller of the two bar staff accused me of trying to steal the...

We knew the exact location of Bristol park which was the main reason we booked our week half board through Hotels.com. I contacted hotel a couple of days prior to arrival asking for a low floor room as my elderly mother is claustrophobic and cannot use elevators. When we arrived the reception staff were friendly and welcoming and fully aware...

The hotel was ideally located in the centre of the old town.facilities were basic, however adequate for a short break. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful, however restaurant staff weren't quite so. We only ate in the restaurant one morning as we felt a little uncomfortable when we arrived due to the attitude of the staff. Rooms were clean...
