Stayed here for 4 nights feb 8th-11th with a friend. First impressions are that the hotel is every clean and bright (a bit too bright!) with a white and black theme throughout. Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly and allocated us 2 rooms overlooking the pool, one room being on the 6th floor and the other being in an...

This is very Spanish populated hotel but very nice and clean and served it's purpose for our short stay visiting friends and family. The room is spacious and very clean as is the bathroom with shower. Our room was cleaned every day of our stay and fresh towels brought too.

We stayed here knowing that the clientele was predominantly Spanish, but I don't think we were prepared for being the only young British guests amidst hundreds of Spanish pensioners. The hotel is great, very modern, nice rooms and spotlessly clean. It was in a great location too, being halfway between the old town and the new town. The reception staff...

On arrival the hotel looked stunning, spotlessly clean and a very friendly receptionist, easy check in and the room was very good but the view from the balcony was not good at all looked like a prison cage. We did ask for a different room but they couldn't offer one. We were so so disappointed with the food and entertainment...

We moved to this hotel after a bad experience in another. What a great find, great location & staff. We had two rooms, ours was on 4th floor & huge. Our friends was a little room outside, overlooking the swimming pool. Theirs was tiny & always damp, so suggest you ensure you stay within the hotel. Beds were very comfortable...

Yes, it attracts a high percentage of Spanish tourists, but do you really want to bunk up with a hotel full of fellow Brits? The hotel is clean and has just undergone a fantastic updating. Staff are friendly and helpful and food is good with something for everyone. Free wine and water are available at the evening meal and as...

Myself and a friend are staying in los alamos for a week, currently sitting by the gorgous pool area, plenty of available sunbeds and nice atmosphere. The hotel seems to be prodominantly Spanish guests so entertainment caters for them but thats not a problem in such a great location with the new town 5 mins walk down the road and...

This is a lovely hotel next door to the Servigroup Diplomatic. We are a couple in our fifties who go out in new town most nights. The hotel has been refurbished, it has a lovely smallish pool area ...but the bonus is you can get a sunbed anytime....and i mean anytime, no one reserves the beds like in most hotels....

It's obvious that this hotel has very recently been completely refurbished, and in doing so has gained another star making it a four star hotel. Our room was a pool view room in what appears to be a more recently built wing, and both room and hotel were definitely better than we'd been expecting. All is very clean, plenty of...
