The apartment that I stayed was modernly decorated and pleasant to the eye. The main room had a king size bed and featured a sort of kitchenette, in the sense that only the microwave was present. Dishes and cutlery were also available. The bathroom was very modern however the ceiling was low and you had to pay attention not to...

Apartmants are located in a good location not far from the city center. Harder to find free parking outside of the apartmants but not impossible ... it's possible to make booking for a garage (15+- EUR/day) ... the only bad thing was that the apartmant wasn't ready for us when we came so we should call staff to clean it...

The location is very good, close to old centre, metro, bus... Many of the sightseeing are on a walking distance. I stayed with son 4 nights in a room for 2 person with a nice outside terrace on the first floor. Bed is good, bathroom is small. We missed a kitchen and a fridge (but it was my mistake, because...

we would defi recommend this place. its a large apartment with private parking (you have to pay for parking - 12 euros for 24 hours) but its right in the basement - safe & secure- but book in advance while you book the apartment. it has cooking facilities with kitchenware. the only small issue we had was the sofa bed...

We stayed at these apartments over Easter and had a great time! The apartments are close to the old town wall, Jardi Botanic and Turia Gardens so everything is walkable. It's in more of a residential area, so it's quiet at night too which is a bonus. It's within easy distance of Angel Guimera metro station and a lot of...

My wife book an apartment for our family for a three night stay here and it was way better than some touristy hotel. It's located directly behind the Botanical Gardens, so if you fancy that sort of thing it's super close. Finding it was a little bit of a chore due to it being Easter weekend and nothing was open,...

Our first day the very nice receptionist told us al about the city. Very kind! She showed us the way on cards en told us about nice restaurants. If we had a question she couldn't answer she searched it for us and wrote a letter for later, which she shove under our door. The apartment is not small, with a...

Great location by the city walls, warm welcome in Spanish and English, comfy flat. Very nice shower, that could have been cleaner (dead flies on the ceiling, dirty joints). Room was big but the "kitchen" was just a fridge, few cutlery and a kettle. Some tea and coffee by the side would have been great. At night, we could easily...

This is the second time I've stayed at the Botanico Apartments. They're in a great location, just next to the old town and in walking distance of pretty much anything in Valencia. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and very kind. The rooms are big, airy, very clean and you are seperate from the reception area so you can...

The hotel is centrally located near the Botanical gardens and the tower entrance to the Old Town. Although the double room and bathroom are relatively small, they contain everything required and also basic crockery & cutlery and a fridge. Although central the area is quiet and feels safe late at night. The service was professional, friendly and helpful. Good budget...

“Our room was on the first floor so everyone who came home at night and was a little bit noisy waked me up!”
sanneb23, 8 Jun 2014 | Read review
“Higher floor - mainly so that the noise of people going to the rooms on higher floors is not a problem. We had a very noisy family staying at the same time making a huge noise up and down the stairs at all hours. But note ...there is no lift.”
ExpostaySA, 6 Jul 2013 | Read review
“Please note that there's no lift, so you need to choose a room on the lower floor if you have any difficulties to climb the stairs.”
