The rooms were fine. The staff was ok. The location was good. Except The reason you might book melia plaza during the Fallas of Valencia is the expectation that, being located on the plaza you might have a vista of the mascaleta. Half the rooms overlook the plaza. But. They do tout a rooftop gym and patio. Which happens to...

A 1 night stay because of a cancelled flight so a late check in [10.30pm] but rooms were available. The bar and restaurant were still open. Beautiful lobby area in the heart of Valencia. Friendly staff. The bedroom was large with a balcony looking over the Plaza, but nice and quiet so a good nights sleep. The room was not as...

Hotel in central Valencia with all main shops and many restaurants at walking distance. Room is fine but not special. For breakfast they are not limited to the standard items like cornflakes and yogurts, the "Spanish corner" is very nice.

Centrally located hotel in Valencia downtown. Nothing special. If all you need is a room to sleep then it is OK, otherwise, there are nicer places in the city. Staff were cordial. The facilities not too modern but didn´t spend much in the hotel.

Easy taxi from train station in 10 mins. Lovely staff. Room is fine, everything you need. Perfectly located to wander and explore. Breakfast is fine. Valencia is lovely and I would stay here again. Didn't use the spa facility on this occasion.

Great location, but in need of modernisation. For a couple of nights stay, it definitely did the job. The bedroom was spacious but just a little tired and dated. And don’t even attempt to go in the so called ‘rooftop pool’, it was more the size of a foot spa, and probably had a similar hygiene rating too. Overall I...

Just got back today from the wonderful city of Valencia. This is our fourth trip to the city and we love it more now than when we first visited. We stayed for three nights at the Melia Plaza and what a lovely hotel in a fantastic location - we will definitely be back. Staff lovely and friendly, clean throughout the...

I only spent one night in Valencia and I needed and extra convenient location to visit the city centre. The location is perfect to get to any city centre site. Plenty of small restaurants and bars at your doorstep. You can easily reach the Train Station of the North (Estacion del Norte) by walking but even the other main train...

Valencia was an unexpected surprise. Beautiful architecture. If you have time, hire bicycles to ride through the stunning park which is actually an old riverbed, located in at the North of the City, passing under beautiful bridges. The most successful publicly use of space ive ever seen. The Melia Plaza is a lovely hotel right in the heart of the...
