The property is located near the center and the location is perfect for getting around the city easily on foot. The rooms have a contemporary style, clean and the bathroom is modern and functional (also equipped with a standard hairdryer). A green vocation stands out (like the whole city, green capital 2024), with particular attention to reducing the use of plastic, in fact there are no disposable kits, but soap and shampoo dispensers installed on the wall. You sleep divinely. The staff is attentive, kind and helpful. The breakfast is superb, it varies from sweet to savory, offering various local products such as Iberian ham and typical cheeses. Advised!

From the moment we walked in through the front doors we felt at home. Our stay dates were October 11th-25th. Checking in was easy and very relaxed. Raul was our first contact with anyone and he was so kind and welcoming. Since we were there for two weeks they gave us a lovely balcony room facing the pedestrian street which was lovely. I love hearing the people and the city sounds of the places we visit. Centrally situated it was easy to walk to the many, many restaurants and surrounding areas as well. Close to everything and if what you wanted was further out it was also about a 5 minute walk to the Metro station; perfect location close to the Valencia Central Market as well which is a MUST. ❤️
Matías at front desk (usually third shift is when we would talk with him) was also very kind and helpful. Every time we would ask questions Raul and Matias would eagerly have responses and suggestions. Rooms are a little tight but what room in Europe isn’t it was adequate for what we needed. Beds were comfy, Wifi signal strong, AC was perfect, hot, hot water always available and nice strong water flow- which means a lot!!! To take a nice hot shower with strong water flow is priceless. Great attention to detail as well we’re celebrating both anniversary and birthday, both days were taken into consideration. Our rooms were decorated and this was a nice little surprise on both occasions. Thank you to the whole staff, they were ALL kind and warm but I just had to single Raul and Matias out for going above and beyond and making our stay a memorable one.
See you soon!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Petit Palace Plaza hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Valencia. The location couldn’t be more central the staff were very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast was extensive with hot and cold options to suit most tastes. The bedrooms although as people have mentioned are a bit small they are spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. The hotel is located down a side street and was very quiet at night although close to lots of restaurants and shops. There are bikes available free of charge too.

We stayed in August for 5 nights, it is centrally located in Valencia.
We were given a room on the 5th floor which had a beautiful panoramic balcony overlooking the city centre.
Breakfast offered a sweet and savory choice.
Excellent cleanliness, very helpful and friendly staff.
The bicycle service was excellent, too bad there were few available.
I can only highly recommend the Petit Palace Plaza de la Reina.

Best location in Valencia! Although it is located in the core area of the old town, the street is quiet, safe, just a few meters from Plaza de la Reina, close to everywhere. We booked a room twice, the first time got a deluxe suite with a terrace and spectacular views of the city: worth every euro. The second time, 10 days later, we were not so lucky, because booked a regular double room and was inexplicably expensive un comparison to the previous. We had to ask to be moved to another because there was an annoying noise caused by the rain dripping on the window frame. They moved us to a quadruple one on the first floor: smelly, dark, not attractive at all.

I highly recommend this hotel for several reasons.
the location is really central, with all the major tourist attractions within walking distance, which has saved us time and stress on transport. Despite its strategic location, the hotel is also very quiet, located in a quiet side street. The property could benefit from some "refreshments", but this is largely compensated by the many services offered, such as free use of bicycles to easily explore the city, (Valencia has an excellent bike network), tea, drinks and "croissants" always available in the lobby, a rich and genuine breakfast, a "green" soul with appreciated attention to reducing waste.
A special compliment goes, however, to the guys at the reception who welcomed us with kindness and professionalism, creating an atmosphere of sincere hospitality. Much of the great experience we had at the petit palace is due to them. Thank you very much.
In summary, a really pleasant stay in a property that offers a very positive experience. Highly recommended!

This small hotel is located in a quiet side street in the old town not far from Plaza de la Reina.
The very friendly staff is always available to help and advise. Raul in particular has given us a lot of information.
In the rooms is everything available what is needed.
Breakfast is rich and offers something for every taste.
Subject to availability, a few of the hotel's bicycles are available for free rental. Bicycle is the best way to get around the city.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the old town. It is an easy stroll to all the sites of old town you could want to see. There's a nice coffee shop across the way as well.

The bed itself was comfy and the room was a good size. There was a large window that opened to the street below, but it the room was still really quiet and peaceful. Fantastic location in a lovely little street.

The bathroom was well proportioned and also wheelchair accessible. I'm not sure whether this is all the bathrooms or just out room, but having a wide shower with a shower chair certainly had benefits after a long day of walking and exploration.

The breakfast was incredible with a good variety of pastries, cold meats, cheeses, cereals, breads, fruit, and condiments.

The lobby was open, bright, and welcoming and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a very good time, the room with very nice terrace, excellent cleanliness, large and comfortable bed, very kind and always present staff. The location of the hotel is strategic for the center on foot and close to public transport to reach beaches and more. They also had bicycles available for free, which was much appreciated.

No, the hotel doesn't have its own parking. The nearest public parking is only 100 metres away on foot, but because of the one way streets it is a longer drive! Parking Place de la Reina is safe and reasonably priced.

Hello, We don't have any children, but we enjoyed the food in restaurante Ness, Carrer de Cavallers 5, (= close to the Plaza de la Virgen, behind the Cathedral). It's not so very far from the hotel, and more importantly they are open from 5pm in the afternoon, whereas most other restaurants only open from 8pm or 8.30 pm. which is too late for children. Otherwise you might choose a tapas restaurant which serves food the whole day
