Pro:- Really nice modern hotel, situated at 40 min walk to the beach, 30 min walk to the city center and 20 min walk to the City of Arts. Hotel lobby clean, modern & fresh Cons:- 1) Booked a double room & then received a twin room with beds pushed together, separate duvet!! 2) No tea/coffee making facilities in room...

It was very reasonably priced so I was anxious what I'm going to find - pleasantly surprised how new, clean and professional It looked. It must have been less than full so I was upgraded to a superior room, without even asking. What a decent, truly customer dedicated behaviour. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

We stayed at the hptel for 4 nights over the 1/2 Marathon weekend in October. The Hotel is a short walk from Aragon Metro station and the Valencia Football stadium. It is also just under 2km from the port where the 1/2 marathon starts and finishes. (seemed a lot longer on the way back:) The room was roomy and clean....

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. Great location for us since it was close to the football stadium and a short taxi journey to everything else. Room was clean and pleasant. On site parking was also a bonus. Our main tip is don't bother with the breakfast. It is served in a small, cramped room (which is hard...

We booked this hotel as part of a flight + hotel package from BA. We booked 3 double rooms. Really nice size rooms but a shame that it didn't have a kettle for tea / coffee or complimentary bottle of water as mentioned in previous posts. Regarding the staff: during our 5 day stay we had a bit of everything....

This is a very nice property located about 3 blocks outside the City Center in an old residential area. The lobby is bright and inviting but small. There was a bar in the lobby but was unused and service was in the restaurant in the next room. Rooms were large, clean, well-lit and comfortable. Tub/shower combo. Nice place to stay...

Nice, clean and good space for parking car in cellar. Taxi to old city or shopping streets is only 5-7 euro. Good breakfast with all you need, late check out time, 14.00. We will gladly come back to Silken Puerta hotel.

We had a good stay at this hotel which was well situated to tourist areas. A bit noisy with the lift and a main road but parking on site which is a bonus in a big city. Large comfortable rooms and very clean. We could walk to bus stops and there are some spectacular restaurants close by, one of which...
