The picture on the front isn't the actual hotel but don't let that put you off. The hotel is clean, the rooms are cleaned every day and you can also get free bike hire if you have a word with reception. Based only a few minutes walk from Xativa metro station, you're only a 10 minute walk into the old...

Don't visit Petit Palace Valencia at present. Currently situated in a building site. No proper access and noisy machinery until probably Christmas. If you already have a booking they will not bother to warn you. If you ask them why they didn't let you know, they lie and tell you the work only just started.

I think there may have been something lost in the translation of 'high tech'; though the hotel was certainly modern and well designed, we definitely felt it wast exactly as technologically advanced as it claims to be. To connect to the Wi-Fi, you're given a unique password, which would have been great if it actually worked. We gave up in...

The Petit Palace are a range of High Tech (which means they're modern) hotels sprinkled all over Spain. I've only stayed in this one in Valencia but I loved it. I few people have criticised the for being too dark, but I love that. The first thing I do when I get to a hotel is draw the shades, then...

Found this to be a good hotel and fantastic reception staff who were very helpful. The air con in our room was not working and our room was changed right away without any fuss. Rooms are ok but as said in other comments getting in and out of shower difficult. Did not really like the area and prefer the location...

I feel bad for having to pick this place apart, but I think you can find much better value elsewhere. If it were one little thing, I would have let this go, but it was so many little things, it made the whole experience unpleasant. - Breakfast good, but overpriced for what you get. - High-tech concept falls short. Connecting...

I spent two nights at this hotel in October. Location is very close to Russafa region and only 10 minutes walking distance to central train station. Hotel staff was helpful but in order to say "friendly", they should be more smiling and helping to guests. I stayed at 6th floor where rooms have nice terraces with large city view. Bathroom...

This hotel was great value for money in a great location. Easy walking distance to almost everything, only about 5 to 10 mins to train station. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom good but as others have said the shower was a bit tricky to get in and out of, however the bath came in handy after a full day...

Visited during the Valencia F1 Grand Prix, so prices were very high - too high considering the event struggled to sell tickets and it was clear hotels (including this one) were not at capacity. Firstly Valencia is not the nicest Spanish city, and this hotel is also in a part of town that is particularly dirty and feels quite unsafe...
