Current hotel, young and cosmopolitan. Comfortable rooms, varied and tastefully crafted restaurant. We highly value the toileting of the rooms to get rest and this hotel fully complies. We will repeat, again, no doubt.

Surely it was a nice surprise As soon as we arrived at the reception we were greeted with professionalism and kindness Arriving in the room we notice that it is a real triple with 3 single beds and no sofa bed. In the bathroom over shampoo bath foam also body cream. The bar restaurant where breakfast is provided with everything even you can order dishes such as salmon avocado bacon and eggs cheese also muffins and other croissants are self service .. all unlimited and included in the price Also the restaurant is great
It is a bit off-center but well served by public transport and on foot you just need 15 minutes to get to the central market. Quality price I think there is no better we will definitely be back Thanks

Very nice and well equipped hotel. The super bed, in addition to being very large was also very comfortable. Modern room, cozy and very clean with everything you need conditioner, shampoo, body cream, etc., is not for everyone. We did not take advantage of breakfast, but if you want there is a continental buffet breakfast at 15/16 euros per person, however, going out you will find the shopping center centro nuevo and also many small cafes. As for the location, I would say that on foot in 30 minutes you arrive in the center, but if you do not want to walk there is the Turia metro stop, or the buses, price 2 euros per ticket that you can buy on board, but what is much more interesting is to get off on the metro and make a rechargeable booklet for 10 trips for only 4 euros that you can also use in two, on all surface means. The only thing is that the carnet only recharges at metro stations, but having it close by you are super comfortable.

We stayed two nights at this property and will be back safe. Perfect value for money, close to the center (walk 15 / 20 minutes), cleanliness, breakfast that meets different needs of the palate, nice and comfortable room with huge and comfortable bed, wraparound pillows, very easy interior spaces, bathroom equipped with everything you need (shampoo, conditioner, gel shower, body cream, hairdryer etc). We were also pampered with coffee and subsequent welcome drink so the following day, given the well-kept welcome, we also stopped for dinner discovering uma Valencian paella really very very good. When we return to Valencia we will definitely know where to stay to feel at home while not being at home. See you soon.

Location in front of large shopping center. City center within walking distance. Room with large and comfortable bed. Impeccable cleanliness. Exceptional sponges. In the common areas, in the bedroom and in the bathroom all working and performing (there was no forced suction in the bathroom, but the air exchange was still there). Breakfast with good products (even good coffee!) maybe not memorable but respectable.

The triple room is very good, comfortable beds, water in the refrigerator, bathroom products except toothbrushes, hair dryer, water in the refrigerator, they offer you a clothes iron, a welcome drink or juice, the correct breakfast, fruit, juices, coffee, infusions, cocoa, pastries and toast a la carte, you can have lunch and dinner. All the staff are very friendly. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the old town, there are buses everywhere every 5 minutes. Parking is easy without charge in the white area, a shopping center nearby. There is not much to eat in the surrounding area, there was also a lot of business closed for holidays. I recommend going to Albufera and eating at Restaurante Bon Aire (it is better to book)

Excellent experience! The hotel is in a great location, close to the center, about 20 min walk and very close to the turia park, about 5 minutes walk. Breakfast is very good, with a wide choice of sweet and savory and impeccable room cleaning. There is also the possibility to rent bikes directly at the hotel. Always courteous and smiling staff at reception.

The hotel is located at a very large intersection not far from the city's long park. Within walking distance are many bus stops, the metro (3 minutes), the university's botanical garden (10-12 minutes) and the Portal de Quart city gate with the entrance to the old town (approx. 15 minutes). The beach is further away, but can also be reached by bus (although it is at least 20 stops or more). Directly opposite the hotel is a shopping center with a supermarket. This opens on weekdays from 10 a.m.
The airport is actually also very easy to reach by metro. First take the 3 or 5 from the airport to Angel Guimera, then take the 1 or 2 just one stop to Turia or 2 stops to Campanar. €5.10 per person (as of 02/24). The hotel also offers a taxi service for a fee.
The rooms are very nice, large, extremely well-kept and clean. The bathroom is smaller, but also tip-top. The double beds have great mattresses, several pillows, but only one blanket.
Air conditioning/heating available.
As has often been described before, breakfast consists of a small self-service area, mainly with desserts, croissants, fruit and yoghurt. However, you can order bread (I strongly recommend the wholemeal bread! Extremely tasty!) with various toppings or egg dishes. The coffee from the machines is very good, but sometimes very strong.
There is also an attached bar/restaurant (this is the breakfast area in the morning). Reservations are recommended.
The service is very friendly and open in all areas, whether reception or in the bar/restaurant. Languages: Spanish and English
Also worth mentioning is the very good WiFi, which many German hotels could learn a thing or two from.
I was here in February and everything was good. I cannot and do not want to estimate what the temperatures will be like in summer. You also have to know that due to the location, there is considerable traffic noise, but the windows are very well insulated and you can still sleep very well. From my experience of Valencia, there are hardly any hotels in quiet locations, because we didn't find any really quiet corners in Valencia.
Due to the location, the nice and clean rooms and the friendly service, I can only recommend the hotel and would book there again straight away.
Thank you for the lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a decent size family room (we booked a quadruple), as the kids get older finding a family room with proper beds is getting more and more difficult, but this was ideal. It was clean, comfortable and was ideal for the 4 nights we stayed. We had bed and breakfast, the breakfast food was nice and there was a lot of it, I think it would become a bit boring if we had stayed much longer as it was the same every day, but this wasn't really an issue. We ate in the bar one evening, and the food was only ok, there are a lot of options within walking distance of the hotel, so I would recommend trying those over eating in. The location is really good, there is a department store with a supermarket over the road, you have great access to the Turia gardens (Jardin del Turia), 15/20mins walk to the old town and a similar walk to the Bioparc. All this and only a short taxi ride from the airport. The hotel is on a busy main road, but it was not overly noisy (we were on the first floor) so don't let that put you off. On the whole it was a nice stay, the staff were friendly, we were able to store our luggage prior to checking in and after we had checked out. You get tokens for a free welcome drink and there is free tea and coffee available. You may feel that you are away from everything when you arrive, but if you don't mind walking you'll have access to most places, but there is a bus stop right outside and a metro stop near by, and the Hotel will also call a taxi for you (we used a taxi to get to the beach, cost around 15 euros).

Response from STAYINGVALENCIA TEAM, Dueño at Hotel Kramer
Responded May 4, 2024
Dear Chris, Thank you for sharing your experience of your recent stay at Hotel Kramer. We're pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time with us overall and found our family room to be suitable for your needs. We're glad that you found your room clean, comfortable, and ideal for your 4-night stay. Providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests is a top priority for us, especially for families. We're delighted that you enjoyed our breakfast offerings and found them to be plentiful, although we apologize if the lack of variety became noticeable over a longer stay. We appreciate your feedback about our bar food and will certainly take it into consideration for improvement. Our location near a department store with a supermarket, as well as easy access to Turia Gardens, the old town, and Bioparc, makes exploring Valencia convenient for our guests. We're glad to hear that you found the area accessible despite being on a busy main road. Thank you for your kind words about our staff, and we're pleased to hear that you found our luggage storage service and complimentary welcome drink tokens to be convenient amenities. We appreciate your recommendation and hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Hotel Kramer in the future. If there's anything else we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to let us know. Warm regards, Ion Bastida

Hotel located in front of the Nuevo Centro Comervial Center of Valencia, modern exterior appearance, at the time of check-in the receptionist is exceptionally friendly, which unfortunately begins to be something strange, when the first impression that the client has is at registration. General feeling of very cleanliness, the room has a large bed, and a great shower, there was gel, shampoo and hair conditioner, outside gel and body milk. Upon entering you are given 2 vouchers for a glass of cava or orange juice, and there is free coffee in the afternoons. We had dinner and the dishes were well presented and delicious. In the room, perhaps a plug closer to the sofa and a hook in the bathroom for towels that have started to be used would be good. In any case, a pleasant surprise.

The hotel has an agreement with the shopping mall across the street for something like 18 euros per day, but as we arrived, there was a free street parking space available right outside the hotel so we took it; and our car stayed there until we left as we walked everywhere.

Good morning. from the train station you can take the underground and get off in Turia station, from there you are 100m walking. Another option, is book our shuttle service 24h before your arrival time. you just have to send and email to the hotel indicating your arrival time, date, name, telephone and number of people. Thanks
