The place is situated near a derelict, graffitied dump which doesn't feel safe although it is close to the central market. We arrived as the wall was being spray-painted. We stayed here over New Years and it has the worst manager/customer service who seems to be ex-military in the worst sense of the word and does his best to make...

Perfectly situated by the Central Market, its a cheap budget hotel. I had a single room for one which was small with a single bed, small window and bathroom which was spotless. WiFi only available in the lobby. However the manager was rude, unhelpful and, I would say, a liability. I needed a bit of help and he was totally...

It's not the fanciest of places, but if you're on a budget and just need a clean place to sleep this is what you're looking for. The room we've stayed in was on the first floor, had its own bathroom with towels and (most importantly) an a/c. The bed was comfy, only downside was the deflated, double pillow and when...

Has everything a budget traveler wants with a few extras too. I felt for the location right in the heart of the old city that the price was good. The rooms were clean with working A/C. The bed was fine but the pillow was crap. I asked for a second and was simply told "No" so they are lacking in...

Only stayed to crash for 2 nights and that's all its really good for. No wifi in rooms and bed was a bit dirty, but it had a big bathroom and wifi in the rooms which was excellent. Reception not very welcoming/helpful. Overall I think it could be cheaper for what it is but it was okay.

Place very well located, near central market in the old city, nearby all the places to see. Low budget hostel, rooms bit dark, old and shabby, no view, dampness in the rooms, bad smell. Bathroom is quite comfortable, Free wifi available, daily cleaning.

Stayed there for two nights at the beginning and one night at the end of our trip through the regions Valencia and Alicante as we were flying in and out from Valencia airport. For a short stay this is the perfect location for an unbeatable price: 20€ per night in single room with private bathroom. It's located in walking distance...

Scruffy street, but this place is very clean. Centrally situated near the Market Central. No lift, but as I was on 2nd floor it was not a problem. Most rooms are without bathrooms, there is one bathroom on each floor with basin and Shower. I will definitely return as it is easy to reach by Metro from Airport, get off...

The traffic planning department of Valencia has perpetrated a bit of a disaster on my beloved old Hostal el Rincón. The street running in front of Mercado Central has been partly pedestrianised. Calle Bolseria, the right turn at the crossroads, where C/ de la Carda starts, has been entirely closed to traffic. The result of this is that all traffic...

Good points: central location, clean sheets, they take pets, spacious modern bathroom, very cheap Downsides: mattress broken, dirty room, noisy, bad atmosphere, smelly, a bit unfriendly, dark I didn't like this place. But it is very cheap and passable as a place to crash.
