Just back from a week in Sorrento, we stayed at the the Eden Hotel. Hotel was spot on, rooms were very clean and had air conditioning. There was a nice pool and a bar for drinks. We had 2 evening meals which were fine we had a bottle of house wine which was nice at only €12 a bottle. The...

If you are a lover of the finer things in life, those being peace, friendliness and simplicity then you will love Hotel Eden. With arguably the best (and if not then one of the very best) locations at any price, Eden pulls off the neat trick of being seconds from Piazza Tasso the heart of vibrant, bustling Sorrento, while at...

This Hotel was chosen for us by an Agent. It was in a fantastic position and we paid extra for a Balcony which in fact turned out to be 2ft just enough to get a chair on but the view over the sea was amazing but a basic room. The only bonus was it had a fridge but it took 4...

We can only comment on OUR stay at The Eden Hotel for people looking at these reviews. We stayed in room 304 which yes was basic but fit for purpose, room was cleaned daily, towels were changed if you left them on the side of the bath( how often do you change bath towels at home?). Perfect situation, very quite,...

Im struggling with some of the most recent reviews, as our experience was very different, here are our positive and negatives and we hope they are helpful. We normally stay at properties of a higher star rating but thought this year we would prefer a bit more money to spend instead, as we had heard that Italy was expensive. (this...

Hotel Eden was fairly bog-standard overall. It was clean everywhere and had nice staff but some were not very helpful. We also had to ask for more soap and shampoo when it had run out as these were not replaced for several days. The rooms were a good size but had bare walls, it would have been nice to have...

DON'T USE Travel Republic to book your holiday- we purposely chose them due to good flight times. the day after they got our money the flight times changed by 7 hours! Booking transfers from the airport to the airport and visa versa was also long winded and badly organised. you had to call a number to re-book the return journey...

The staff made it for me. They couldn't do enough for us from start to finish. Even after we left when I left my phone in reception charging, they had a driver that was doing an airport transfer meet me at the airport to return it. I found it to be very convenient in terms of location. It was nice...

We stayed here as part of a Thomson holiday for one week. It was a mistake. We were not given the room we asked for, although we tried to change, reception was unhelpful. the room was small, hot, and dark. The bathroom was adequate, but very little space to put washing items etc. We were supposed to be on half...

Me & my friend stayed here for a week travelling with Thomson. The hotel is in a fantastic location it takes only a few minutes walk and you're in the centre. The rooms are basic but very clean and the air conditioning is great! We stayed in room 305 which has a lovely view of the bay. We had a...
