The location is great - (the view from our room was magucal) only a short walk to the city centre and the boat that you can go to the surrounding islands - Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Capri and mainland Naples.
The room is spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. The food is delicious. Being Gluten Free is not always easy but they went out of their way to get amazing gf crusty bread and sweets for me as well as suggestions for gf cafes (Grazie Mille Valentina) and were more than willing to modify their menu to accommodate my allergies.
Thank you!

I can not tell you how much we enjoyed this small boutique hotel. We booked for 4 nights in Sorrento. This hotel had every thing we love. The view is amazing. It is removed from all the busyness of the tourists that visit for just a few hours (cruise ships) and yet it is with in walking distance to everything. Attention to detail is what they specialize in. We were greeted by Maria that worked endlessly to make sure we had all the info we needed for our 4 day stay. We stayed at the hotel for dinner the first night (a Michelin star restaurant). It was worth every penny. The service was exquisite and the food was absolutely delicious. We are not big eaters so we shared an app and pasta dish. Our secondi of fish was perfect. The view made everything very memorable. Breakfast is excellent . The bar and its view is a great place to unwind after an excursion. The water front is another wonderful spot to escape to. We are so happy with this hotel. If you love great service, great room, sophistication, good food and creating memories of a lifetime, this is your place

We stayed 6 nights at the Lorelei Londres. The service was outstanding. Maria was very helpful at the front desk and set up a van for an excursion to Pompeii. The meals were always delicious, and Valentina was our favorite server. the breakfast which was included was served fresh every day. Not a buffet as is usually the case. The rooms were bright, cheery and comfortable. We had an excellent view. We will definitely stay here again. They also make a delicious espresso martini!

We stayed here for four nights in June and loved everything about this hotel. The location is wonderful, up on a cliff with a beautiful view of the water and Mount Vesuvius. We spent a lot of time on the balcony of our room just enjoying the atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is located a little outside of the center, but we liked the quiet neighborhood and it was an easy walk to the center of Sorrento and the port. I think the people working at Hotel Lorelei were what made the hotel truly wonderful (Valentina and Edna at breakfast, the staff at the sunset bar, and everyone working at reception). They were so helpful and just seemed so genuinely friendly. We also ate at the restaurant one night and loved it, though did struggle to finish all the food (there’s a minimum of three courses per person if ordering a la carte, and also outside of the vegetarian tasting menu there are limited vegetarian options). However, despite all the food we still somehow managed the lemon dessert which was spectacular.

Great location. In fact the location was so good that guides brought their walking tours to stand on the area above the hotel's outside bar to see the view over the Bay of Naples and the sunset.
Excellent staff. Nothing was too much for them. They were very helpful and attentive.
Excellent breakfast. A great choice and very high quality.
Things to be aware:
We were amazed to find that the hotel had no inside resident's lounge or bad. There were many outside spaces (outside bar), outside terrace at the cliff top and, accessed by an elevator/ lift, terrace at sea level. But there was no inside lounge or bar. These were really needed for the colder autumn or winter seasons.
The rooms were quite noisy in the sense that when someone had a jacuzzi in the adjacent bedroom we could hear the motors running very loudly.

We just completed a six night stay at this hotel, and it was nothing short of spectacular! It is ideally located a short 7 minute walk from Sorrento city center with amazing and sweeping views of the gulf. The entire staff was magnificent. The front desk staff most notably Luana, Maria, and Guiseppe were incredibly helpful with excursion arrangements, dinner reservations, and any other need. Valentina and Edna start the day out right with great service and friendliness while enjoying a delicious breakfast. The staff at the Sunset bar made great cocktails and as well extremely friendly while relaxing enjoying the amazing views. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed an incredible 5 course meal, you won't be disappointed. In addition, the ladies servicing our room also did a great job each day including an evening turn-down service. A final note is how their entire team works together seamlessly to ensure guests are having a first-rate experience. They delivered from the time we arrived until sadly, had to leave. We will be back for sure!

We have just left Lorelei Londres after a 7 night stay. It is our first time to Italy and we started here. The Hotel and staff are simply wonderful. Always extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We had a junior suite room with a balcony and jacuzzi with amazing views of Sorrento.
The Restaurant staff were just were all wonderful, and Valentina was just a wonderful bright and cheery face to see every morning. After the 2nd day she knew our breakfast preference and always brought us the cake of the day. Edna made our amazing coffees every morning also knowing our preferences. Restaurant for breakfast does not open till 7am however Edna made us a take away this morning prior to 7 as our transport was picking us up at 7am.
Location was just perfect approx 15 mins walk into main town Sorrento.
The sunset bar was simply Devine overlooking the bay of Sorrento.
I would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful 3 day stay at the Lorelei Londres. Our room was spectacular: the picturesque cliffs of Sorrento, the boats in Marina Piccolo and seagulls playing in the wind made us linger in our room enjoying the view over a cup of coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The breakfast menu provided a unique variety of options and the food was excellent. We treated ourselves to dinner at their restaurant our first night. It was a much needed treat after our travels. We can’t say enough about the staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. By the time we left we felt like family. Maria, Sasha, Valentina, Giuseppe and Luara went out of their way to attend to our needs, answering questions and giving suggestions for restaurants and activities, even setting up a ride to and from a delightful restaurant where we were, it seemed, the only ‘newcomers’. The Lorelei Londres is a gem on the Amalfi Coast.

Outstanding Hotel. Family spent 3 nights and had 3 rooms. Beds were very comfortable. Showers were outstanding. Plenty of water pressure. The staff were all excellent, but Valentina in the restaurant was most memorable. She was gracious and after the first morning remembered my breakfast preferences. Pancakes were so tasty!! The views from the rooms over the water and from the restaurant patio were just amazing. We also enjoyed the Location just outside downtown Sorrento Was quiet and gave us a chance to walk off all the calories we consumed in Sorrento!!

Stayed 6 nights in September and had an amazing time. Setting is very beautiful with the best views over Sorrento overlooking the port and coast line. Bedrooms are beautifully presented minimalist style with balconies overlooking the sea. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and was had on the terrace overlooking the port. The sunset bar was aptly named and had a lovely ambience at sunset time and an evening meal at the Restaurant Lorelei cannot come highly recommended enough - the manager even recommended us to swap for a cheaper bottle of wine which was great. Attentive staff and special thanks to Enzo for being so caring.
