I can not tell you how much we enjoyed this small boutique hotel. We booked for 4 nights in Sorrento. This hotel had every thing we love. The view is amazing. It is removed from all the busyness of the tourists that visit for just a few hours (cruise ships) and yet it is with in walking distance to everything.
Attention to detail is what they specialize in. We were greeted by Maria that worked endlessly to make sure we had all the info we needed for our 4 day stay.
We stayed at the hotel for dinner the first night (a Michelin star restaurant). It was worth every penny. The service was exquisite and the food was absolutely delicious. We are not big eaters so we shared an app and pasta dish. Our secondi of fish was perfect. The view made everything very memorable.
Breakfast is excellent . The bar and its view is a great place to unwind after an excursion. The water front is another wonderful spot to escape to.
We are so happy with this hotel. If you love great service, great room, sophistication, good food and creating memories of a lifetime, this is your place

Stayed 6 nights in September and had an amazing time. Setting is very beautiful with the best views over Sorrento overlooking the port and coast line. Bedrooms are beautifully presented minimalist style with balconies overlooking the sea. Breakfast was freshly prepared each morning and was had on the terrace overlooking the port. The sunset bar was aptly named and had a lovely ambience at sunset time and an evening meal at the Restaurant Lorelei cannot come highly recommended enough - the manager even recommended us to swap for a cheaper bottle of wine which was great. Attentive staff and special thanks to Enzo for being so caring.

Hotel Lorelei Londres is a DREAM! We stayed there for a week in July 2021 in their best room, the one in the photos with the large, square tub on the largest patio, room 102 if I remember correctly. We had breakfast on our private patio each morning to soak in the gorgeous view. The view from this hotel is breathtaking. This is a small, beautique hotel with only 19 rooms (I think) so it had a very exclusive feel to it since there weren’t a large number of guests. The hotel was easy to get to and it has a small private car park at the front door that was great for checking in or also where taxi’s would pick up. This worked out great since we had a car for the week. The valet would bring the car to this same front door car park each morning and we would drop it off at the same spot as well making it super convenient. The service was FANTASTIC. The staff couldn’t have been any more accommodating and always so kind. Especially Enzo. He treated myself and my boyfriend, Alfredo as if we were family. He was always great to run into and we felt like we had made a friend by the time we left. He took excellent care of us throughout our stay and he made our last morning there at breakfast rememberable with his extra attentiveness, which we had down in the outdoor dining area simply to visit with him before leaving. If you go, definitely take time to visit the lower level beach club and spend a few hours relaxing down there. It is heaven and very tranquil and secluded. This was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Excellent hotel with excellent location with a breathtaking view overlooking the Bay of Naples. We visited the hotel keen to experience the aperitive on the sunset terrace very well-known by the locals. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly and professional staff and invited to a tour of the beautiful hotel and all the amenities. We indulged ourselves into a nice aperitivo on the terrace whilst waiting to dine at the restaurant. The restaurant was a true culinary experience and I was utterly overwhelmed by the flavours, unique and authentic taste and the highly skilled chef which with great surprise I’ve learnt him to be very young. I’ve eaten in several Michelin’s star restaurant and this is the second to none and confidently I can say better than many! The room was just perfect with a jacuzzi in the bathroom, high ceiling, super comfy bed, exceptionally clean and with a superb view. I reckon that many hotels can offer great view and large and clean room (even though very few like Hotel Lorelei)...however, professionalism and customer care above all is something you cannot put a price tag on that you will easily find at Lorelei. Among everyone that made our stay so unforgettable I would like to give a personal recognition and heartfelt thank to Giusy who has been the best concierge I’ve ever encountered so far going over and beyond her duties. I will never forget how amazingly well I felt when I walked in for the first time, how amazed I was when enjoying my aperitivo at the sunset terrace, how incredibly pleased I was at dinner and how superbly happy when waking up to a great view from my room...I only wish it lasted longer. For you reading those words I can only recommend to not think twice and book your time at Lorelei to start experience and feel what I was so poorly able to describe.

Perfect hotel for couples and well located. I loved the short walk into the centre of Sorrento away from the hustle and bustle. The views from the breakfast terrace are outstanding and the sunset views from the sunset bar just wow!
The rooms are immaculate and decent sized and house keeping are efficient and thorough.
Breakfast is THE BEST! Literally would come back to this hotel just for the perfect breakfast! Fresh fruit and pastries were incredible and not to mention the Nutella pancakes!! A good americano coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Just perfect!
The beach deck was clean and I was surprised they played music and there was a bar also.
Top tip; make use of the relaxation spot for jacuzzi and couples deck chairs with stunning views. They allow you to bring your own bottle of champagne and will happily bring down for you in an ice bucket with glasses.

Would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. From check in to check out and everything in between it was perfect. The staff are wonderful in every aspect of service and hospitality.

Luann checked us in at The front desk. She was Sweet, friendly welcoming and informative. Walked us to the rooms to make sure they were to our satisfaction and always made us feel
Like making us happy was her priority.

The rooms were amazing. Clean, flawless and with breathtaking views. I have So much so say and so little
Space! So to be brief
The room came with a large oversized terrace facing the coast. It also had an oversized jacuzzi a table and two lounge chairs. The bathroom was amazing. Complete with delicious smelling amenities, & bathrobes. Complimentary coffee maker was also offered along with a beautiful Mini bar stocked with waters etc.

The sunset bar and lorelei restaurant were wonderful. The service was unsurpassed and food at Lorelei albeit small portions - beautifully displayed and delicious. The views of the sunset were outstanding. Breakfast was included in our stay and it’s the best breakfast I’ve seen in a long time. Everything was made to order. We had fresh fruit, croissants etc and the menu was extensive. We were impressed.

The lounge area was unique. You have to take an elevator down through the rock and it leaves you at the base of the water. Looking up at the hotel above was just amazing. They have lounge chairs and bar service at the base along with restrooms. There is a boardwalk for you to jump into the sea from! Towels and floats are also provided. It really was a lovely day filled with everything you needed to make it comfortable.

We definitely will be going back and highly recommend this gem of a hotel to everyone! Thanks to the whole staff for a memorable time !

The best hotel on our honeymoon trip (out of 8 in total) for the main reason that it just had it all. Fantastic service, food, rooms, bar and beach club. The location is perfect as well, just far enough from the centre to be quiet, but still only a 10 minute walk to the centre. We stayed in room 304, which had a wonderful view and was spacious enough.

The food in the restaurant was of incredible standard, I would put it as better than any other Michelin star restaurant we’ve eaten at, which is added to by the incredible view. We look forward to coming back for anniversaries!

The overall experience was very good; if we could give it a 4.5 stars, we would. The views from our balcony were incredible, as well as from the hotel restaurant and bar. The room was relatively small but comfortable and the dual sink bathroom was nice to have.

The location is a 10 min walk from the crowds in the main square and shopping streets, which in our case was nice to get away from. You just need to allow enough time to get to the marina and restaurants. Taxis are surprisingly expensive.

There is an incredible deck with lounge chairs and a dock which allows you to swim in the Bay of Naples.

The front desk staff was generally but not consistently helpful; most of our requests involved getting taxis or restaurant reservations.

The hotel itself is stunning. We had a Deluxe Junior suite sea view which had a beautiful view and large terrace to sit out on. All white interior set against the scenery of the sea made it such a relaxing stay for us. The bed was also incredibly comfortable and we slept really well.
We had an evening meal at ristorante Lorelei. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated like special guests. Food was to die for with spectacular views over the Bay of Naples.

We stayed 6 nights at the Lorelei Londres. The service was outstanding. Maria was very helpful at the front desk and set up a van for an excursion to Pompeii. The meals were always delicious, and Valentina was our favorite server. the breakfast which was included was served fresh every day. Not a buffet as is usually the case. The rooms were bright, cheery and comfortable. We had an excellent view. We will definitely stay here again. They also make a delicious espresso martini!
