We had a stressful week in Sorrento due to unexpected temperatures, we love Italy but weren't particularly enamoured with this particular town. However we found the hotel staff to be friendly, helpful and patient. The hotel was clean and pleasant, the private garden was lovely...More
This hotel is fantastic for it's location. Breakfast is buffet style, room was tidy & had great character. The balcony was behind the operatic society, every evening the sounds of the various tenors could be heard. Amazing! Staff friendly & efficient. Will definitely be returning....More

Hi, I think so, although the hotel is so close to booking agents it wouldn't cause an issue if they didn't. The Astoria is a great base and is very close to the ferry to Capri and also to the rail station.
