Unfortunately a few members of staff let this hotel down, notably the blonde Eastern European Elene(?) at reception. €80 went missing from my husband's trousers one morning. We informed reception that we weren't looking for the money back but thought we should at least tell them, Elene couldn't have been more rude, rolling her eyes, 'call the police if you...

We stayed at the Conca Park for two weeks in October 2014 - thoroughly enjoyed it.. It's a clean, comfortable and elegant hotel with a bit of style. Our room was clean and comfortable, and refreshed every day by a chambermaid who was always smiling and cheerful. The dining room was spacious and offered a good selection of local and...

Stayed here for a week in October, and I couldn't fault the cleanliness of this hotel.. We chose this as it apparently had a play park for young children... It's just past the pool but nothing to it so disappointing as there is potential to make it much better. Food was fine, not sure why the negative comments, breakfasts will...

Great Locality. Dont be worried about the entrance tunnel (which is a quirky entrance). If you do not wish to walk, a golf trolley is provided to drive you to hotel reception. Clean hotel, friendly staff and nice food.

Visited for a week in September and loved both the town of Sorrento and our trips to Pompeii, Herculaneum and the Amalfi coast. This hotel is well located, close to the Marina Grande and the town centre. It's near the Capo end of town too so a walkable distance to the Bagni della Regina Giovanna which is lovely! About 15...

The hotel has a wonderful entrance tunnel and an entrance up a road. Location is excellent. Five minutes walk to central Sorrento. The grounds are beautiful and a delight to sit in for a refreshment or just a read. Because of the hotel's location(on the cliff side)the beautiful pool is not Ideal for "sun worshipers" as it looses the sun...

If you look past the long walk from car park to reception - you would walk in with some expectations for the hotel. Or at least that it would meet its 4 stars! Well... maybe as long as you aren't a solo traveller. You'll get allocated a single room. Which is basically a poor excuse for a closet/room - single...

The hotel is clean, tidy and generally well presented, however the walls are thin and thus rooms are noisy - you can hear other guests and cleaners in the corridor. The food was ok, same breakfast every day and the meals served in the evening don't really seem to go together. Some of the staff are helpful, some miserable. Enjoyed...

The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbor sneeze, it's as if they are in your room. You can hear them when they use the bathroom, and you can follow their conversations. The bed is really a cot, with springs. There were no outlets in the wall, so the reception area gave us an extension to run from...

This place should be closer to 5 stars than 4. Great location and facilities. We had a "sea view" room which was excellent with Mt Vesuvius in full view across the water on our balcony. The buffets (breakfast and dinner) were great value. The rooms are big and the bathrooms modern and very clean. 10 minute walk to the train...
