Decent hotel as a base but food is very poor. Paid for half board but ended up eating in town most evenings and even breakfast although they did make a decent boiled egg! Very old fashioned. How can a hotel of this standard not have tea making facilities in the room? Poor quality/variety of bathroom products. They are clearly banking...

Nice place but not quite 4 star. No tea and coffee making facilities. Toast machine takes four slices and ten minutes. Breakfast not too warm and not a great choice for dinner. Service is good and views are lovely. Tiny plastic beakers in the room that are not replaced. Pool is unheated and cold. A pack of tissues would be...

Location, Service, Views, Amenities - I would find it hard to criticise anything about this place - so I am going to call this a tad expensive. We paid a lot for our 3 day stay in Naples - but this hotel made us stay longer indoors than out! The staff were very friendly, breakfast was so-so - with very...

Our room faced the bay of Naples with Vesuvius in the background it was clean and comfortable, the bed was big and comfortable (beds are personal i slept well as did my wife) A lovely room with everything you could want. Highly recommend this hotel for families and couples. The sea view rooms have an amazing view over the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Buffet breakfast is pretty good but get in early for more selection. Great pool (a tad on the cold side though), kids pool and pool bar and restaurant. Also has a nice piano terrace bar. Stayed...

The hotel is located above the town and the bay with fantastic views of Mt. Vesuvius from the lobby, the breakfast room, the bar, the garden area out front, and just about everywhere else on the property. Our room was nice, with typical tile floor, a large bathroom, and a safe. The hotel served a good breakfast and has a...

Arrived late in the afternoon but still we could enjoy the great view from hotel to the bay and the Mount Vesuvius... Room was spacious although a bit outdated but that was fine. Free shuttle bus to city was provided so we could enjoy strolling around the city at night, which was quite enchanting and too good to miss, and...

We stayed here overnight as part of the tour that we booked on City Discovery (the tour was awesome!). The hotel is ok, they placed us at the other wing while our family were placed in the main building. The views at the top were great! Staff were friendly, a bit touristy. Food were plentiful though!!! So full! Burp!

As the one hotel we splurged on during our trip to Italy it was rather disappointing. But, first the pros - the views are spectacular of the bay and the city. The first floor/lobby bar is nice and was well attended for a weekday afternoon. The free shuttle is very convenient as long as you pay attention to the afternoon...

WOW! We had a room with a balcony overlooking the giant (bigger than Olympian) pool and a view of the bay and of Vesuvius! Spacious room, with a Daytona Beach party kind of decor. LOVED the large balcony, and spent our evenings looking at the twinkling lights of Sorrento across the bay. Wish that the pool were heated so we...
