Wonderful family! Come as a tourist, leave as a friend :) The family & staff are warm, helpful & professional. The hotel is gorgeous! Highly recommended. Steps to pier with sea breezes! The restaurant is amazing too: we went 3X in one week :)
If you are looking for a cozy shabby chic hotel to live the dolce vita this is not it.
If the stench of damp, mold patches and the place Joy itself diedis more your thing then read on.

Visited Il Faro with a school trip.
We used the hotel as a base for seeing Pompeii, Herculaneum, Capri, Naples and Solfatara.
