Cheap but it is clean and fine for just sleeping. You will meet the kindest friendliest staff here, and surprisingly they make incredible pasta dishes at the restaurant. Not a great location and not great for couples.

There is no cell service in the room and the wifi barely works in the lobby. The breakfast was hard boiled eggs, cornflakes, and lunch meat. The rooms are nasty and the beds are extremely hard and thin. My room had no hot water and there was barely any plugs in the room. It was just gross and is not... More

This was a nice size hotel, but I honestly did not spend enough time at it to give it a great review. Although it was spacious, the shower was VERY small and the bathroom layout was not convenient. The room was a nice size with a balcony overlooking some vegetation. The beds were alright as far as comfort goes. The... More

Well, it's what you expect from a relatively cheap hotel. But overall, it wasn't too bad. The decor was a bit dated and seemed a bit old fashioned. I stayed in a 4 person room with a few friends as this was part of a school trip. And this week was great! Back to the rooms, although they were out... More

I was there as part of a school trip and was unpleasantly surprised when I arrived. Despite it being 30 degrees on our visit, the pool was empty (no relaxing for us then). The hallways were dark and quite daunting and our room was a disgrace! The lamp on the ceiling was on the brink of falling, there was damp... More

We could have had an enjoyable Sorrento experience (6th to 13th September, 2015) had it not been for this sub-standard hotel where we had to stay for 4 nights as part of a two-centre Rome / Sorrento package with Mistral European Tours. Not a cheap holiday but the operators don't tell you the name of the "hotel??" until you have... More

A family holiday for 4 people that cost several thousand pounds overall and we wind up here. Where to start? A catalogue of disasters from day one. First and foremost this IS NOT 3 star accomodation, it may have been once, in the 1970s which is where I would place the photos of the hotel that appear in the hotel... More

I've never stayed in hostels before but this is what I imagined one to be like. I don't think the hotel has been updated since the 1960's, we had burn holes in the bed spreads, the bathroom actually made me feel dirty. Thank god the sheets were actually clean! Stayed here as part of a tour group, it was a... More

Stayed for four nights courtesy of Mistral Tours as part of our (not cheap) holiday. To offer this to the paying public as a hotel of 3 star catergory is an absolute travesty. My partner and I (We are senior citizens) paid a around£1600 on two centre holiday. Rome and Sorrento. Rome went ok, then we arrived at the "Hotel... More
