Fantastic the location is great walking distance from town centre. Some great restaurants in the surrounding area( Da Filipo which was recommended by the hotel staff) found them to be better than the ones in the town centre.

Stayed here for a week whilst exploring the Amalfi coast. Clean, small room but had a fridge and hot water. Wifi only available if I lurked by the door! Breakfasts were fabulous! Plenty to eat and very fresh. Lovely swimming pool and surroundings very nice. Can be noisy when guests congregate to use wifi, smoke and drink outside my room.

If you love CR, you will love Villaggio Verde. The grounds feel and look subtropical with lush vegetation and adorable cabins tucked here and there. Lots of orange trees and a beautiful pool enhance the atmosphere. The breakfast buffet includes a variety of croissants, toast, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and coffee however you like it. The dining room is...

Good: Plenty of off-street parking (essential in Sorrento if you have a car). Close enough to town a 9 minute walk to the central Piazza – there is a slight uphill return journey. This accommodation would be ideal in Summer but not so for Winter. Bad: The cabin was cold and not well insulated so did not get very warm....

Can't complain about the location, fairly quiet and in a very green and fruity setting. If you need more space because you travel with kids the chalets are probably great. We only booked it because the rooms were already booked up. The bathroom was newly renovated. Everything was clean but the bedroom smelled musty and I am pretty sensitive to...

We stayed at the Villagio verde as part of a Thompson package Oct 10 - 17. First of all, we liked the rural feel at the VV, the accommodation is spread out under a canopy of fruit trees. Second, have to mention the friendliness and efficiency of the staff; esp Antionetta. Also I was impressed at the availability of gluten...

We booked Villaggio Verde based on the price, reviews and quirkiness of the chalets for the first part of our honeymoon. We found it exceeded our expectations, it was a lovely place to arrive to after a long morning of travelling and waiting for our hire car at Naples Airport, we instantly relaxed and chilled out! The Chalets are basic...

We arrived after 2100 and we were checked in by a truly wonderful host, Paolo. This man could not have been friendlier or helpful if he had tried. Nothing was a problem and for the whole of our stay he was so genuinely friendly. The lady who owns the Villagio Verde, Rosaria, was also so lovely and friendly. If there...

Part of a package but seemed quite quaint from the reviews and indeed it was. Just a 10 minute downhill walk to Tasso Square but this was set in like a country lodge but the clue is in the hotel name. Lodge/bungalow/room was spacious and clean although the wildlife was active. I cam back with around 25 mozzy bites which...
