Just stayed for 3 nights in Palatium mari while on Capri island. Hotel is a short walk up the hill from the ferry terminal. Close to all transport connections to get about the island. We had a two bedroom apartment with 2 balconies and partial sea view. Small cooker and fridge in the room. Aircon was excellent. Also a nice pool with relaxation area. Breakfast was continental style with cappuccino etc on request. All staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful.

This is a lovely hotel, I wish I could stay forever! Very clean and pretty. The pool has an amazing view of the mountains and peekaboo views of the ocean from pool and most rooms. The hotel has this very charming quaint feel, with great hospital and the owner is always around to welcome you with a big smile. You can tell he loves his hotel. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We felt very cared for and enjoyed fresh, well stocked rooms that were freshened by room leaning each day. I think the location is perfect because you are in-between all the beach action and the shops and restaurants up on the hill. We walked from the port a min d it wasn't bad, a medium hill, 10 minutes or less. But we are young fit backpackers. Breakfast was very nice, always fresh eggs, fruit, and yummy breads and cakes. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

A small nice hotel near the harbor in Marina Grande. Plus for a smaller but a very fresh pool. A small kitchenette was available in our room at extra cost. Walking distance to beach, ferries and harbor area with restaurants

The service was awful! We stayed for a couple of nights. The first day was NO HOT WATER, and nothing was done after reporting it. The next days, the hotel had NO WATER AT ALL. Staff claimed it was an external problem but made no effort to help. We had to buy water bottles to clean ourselves, and the only "solution" offered was one bottle of mineral water. It's disrespectful to charge over USD 600 per night for such poor service. Even if it was an external issue, they made NO effort to improve our stay.

I spent a night here with my family and I can't find anything negative to say about the hotel Palatium Mari. It is located in the main urban area of Capri, near the porto of Marina grande, where the boats arrive, and which is the main touristic area too. The rooms are clean and the service personnel is very kind and professional. I suggest everyone coming to this hotel, which also has a swimming pool that we didn't use since the weather was a bit windy. Totally recommended.

I loved this hotel!! I stayed here (July 2018) with three friends and we only got to stay one night but it was so memorable! We wished we could stay longer. Everyone who works here is so kind and beyond helpful! The owner Pier Luigi, Chef Giuseppe at Garum Restaurant @ the pool, Pasquale, and the night shift attendant (Sarum??) all became our friends in the short time we stayed. Pasquale gave us so many recommendations and they did not disappoint. Chef Giuseppe spoiled us with delicious treats. We were given rides to and from the bus stop near the pier. They all made our trip to Capri really special and a time we will never forget!!

We stayed in the hotel for three nights, it was very clean, comfortable beds, good service, with a lovely pool. We are are family of 4. The hotel is centrally located near port and Capri town, it has a nice charm with a decent breakfast available. Staff were very nice.
Good value hotel for all it offers and price charged would recommend.

Location was excellent, easy access from Grand Marina and bus stops. Clean hotel, well maintain, excellent service and breakfast. It was exceptional. Nice hotel property with outdoor seating and pool area.

What a sweet place! I had the lovely opportunity to stay in room 66 where there's a huge terras, you can enjoy your breakfast or relax and stay at until late at night. In this room you have your own little kitchen and of course a minibar. There's even an extra bed available for your child. The beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. Breakfast downstairs has everything you need. Or you can ask anything you would like to have (due to my IBS I need gluten free, this was no problem). You must of course take a nice espresso and plan your boat trip for that day. And visit Bagni Tiberio for lunch. Ask the staff whats nice. They are all from Capri and will help you find your way. Do I have a negative point here? ehm.. The Hotel had just opened when I came over. Still some things to do at the hotel terras/outside bar/garden. But once it will be done (this summer). You will surely enjoy every corner of it. Have a look at the photographs! It really is this beautiful!!!

Our manager,Angelo, offered us to book a boat trip for 130 euros for 2 people
I think it was a bargain because you can sit and relax on the boat and you can ask to stop,the boat whereever you want and yan can swim when ou guide tells you to swim....we had a blast!!!
They also guide us to eat in restos and what kind of budget we have
Personnally i think this hotel is a gem
The rooms are clean and breakfast is good and included. Pool is cozy and modern
