Hi. The hotel isn't on a road. It's on a path about 100 metres from the road. It's walkable for able bodied people and you can wheel your bags down yourself. We did and was not hassle. Also just say you'll take your own bags... More

Also just say you'll take your own bags to your room from reception as it is only down or up a small number of steps.
