Our check-in was as the rest of stay, full of "No" answer from the front desk... "What's the WiFi code?", "you do not have Wifi", "it states that I do in my reservation", "that's extra"... "May I be upgraded since I pay full price and I have SkyTeam, an Accor partner, elite level, and your colleagues in other locations, in...

This hotel is very updated, very nice, but it is in the worst area of Naples you can find. I was accosted by a motorcyclist who tried to rip the gold chain off my neck; my husband was robbed on the Circumvesuviana. Not a good start for a vacation we had saved months for. Furthermore, the desk service and management...

This was a lovely place to stay for a night while we explored Naples. Easy to walk to the Spaccanapoli and Old City. Our one regret was the the fitness facility was not yet operational.

This hotel is excellent and is well worth the five star, the room is big and is very spacious. The staff in the hotel are excellent and are very helpful and pleasent from the moment you arrive at the hotel door youi get the five star treatment. I would stay in this hotel again if going to Italy.

This is an exceptional experience. The room was spacious and immaculate. Every detail was stunning from the sheets and pillows to the towels, slippers, and robes. The staff was ever-helpful . The fact that I did not speak Italian was not a liability at this place! Restaurant was well above the mark. Downside (typical of Italian hotels): wifi access was...

I stayed in this hotel with a friend for a week on holiday. Just on the side of the historic centre, the location is excellent for exploring the old city of Naples. Naples is loud and chaotic but not a scary place to be. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful, not only answering questions but also just giving you tips...

The Hotel opened a year ago, the rooms and beds are very good, except for the extreme tacky decoration called "art". However the team is unexperienced and insecure therefore slow. The front desk gives wrong information about town. It seems the communication flow between hotel staff is stuck. They try hard but need to synchronize better. The neighbourhood around the...

The Palazzo Caracciolo is in a renovated old Palace. The interiors are tastefully done using high quality materials throughout. The staff is very friendly and service-oriented. Location is on the border of the old town, but the traffic is intense on the way to see the sights. This involves a walk along narrow alleys with motorbikes whizzing by inches away....

I stayed in late May and as a over 55yr old woman backpacker, getting to hotel was a story in itself. Good 20 min walk from train station, watch were you are stepping on street. Neat old church on right hand side, traffic busy and several streets entering at different angles make it difficult to find first time. Best part...
