Centrally located, this hotel was a wonderful surprise. Efficient and pleasant front desk, smiling employees that goes out of their skin to assist, pleasant rooms with a magnificent view of the bay turned this into a great experience. Downsides: mediocre breakfast and walls (in the room) that Ned's painting. Nevertheless, a wonderful hotel.

More cons than pros. + + friendly staff + location - - really small room - no Marriott Rewards Platinum Elite recognition - no bottled water - no coffeemaker - no kettle - poor room acoustics - at least my room (507) - dirty bathtub (hair) This is max a 3* hotel, definitely not a 5* property.

Centrally located hotel for a great price. The rooms are typical to U.S. mid level chains (e.g., Marriott), albeit a bit smaller. The location can't be beat, as the main street is a few blocks away and the center of Naples is a short distance walk from the hotel. While we visited at the peak tourist season, the hotel was...

Dear reader, I usually don't write about hotels on TripAdvisor, but I thought worth mentioning how well positioned this hotel is. Really good quality, efficient breakfast, large rooms at a good price.

Centrally located in a relatively quiet area, between the Quartieri Spagnoli and the Centro Storico. Large rooms not too out of date (which is usually the case with Italian hotels....) with very comfortable beds. Our family of four reserved 2 communicating rooms for €160/per room/night. Great breakfast on the 11th floor with an even better, stunning, 360 degree view of...

Beautiful hotel in a great location near the port and Toledo street - the major shopping area. It's also very close to the Toledo Metro station. They had a great buffet breakfast on the top floor. Marriott Gold has great benefits as both buffet breakfast and internet was included. I also got a fantastic rate of €215 for 2 nights....

Was a great stay with some very amazing staff. We were in town and at this hotel for nearly a month. The location is ideal, and the views are amazing! The rooms were quite nice and we were upgraded quickly upon arrival. Really good breakfast on the top level. Only complaint would be the pillows, most uncomfortable I've ever had,...

Stayed here for business, nice location, very friendly and helpful staff and a taxi rank almost outside the front door. Rooms are reasonably sized and mine had a king size bed; my bathroom and upstairs public areas, hallways etc while spotlessly clean probably in need of refurbishment. Breakfast had plenty of choice but chopped fruit was limited to pineapple, perhaps...

This is the best located hotel to visit the city. Close to Via Toledo not too far from the coast, it makes every attraction withing walking distance. My room was spacious and clean. The water pressure was good in the shower. The room service was excellent. Breakfast was fresh, and the service there was one of the best I've seen...
