This hotel is in a very bad area, it is called Naples. We were afraid to venture out on our own. The trash and grafitti was unbelievable. My travel agent thought it was convenient because the train station is across the street. I prefer safety over convenience. If I had it to do all over again, I would stay far,...

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable, good value. Breakfast was good, lots of options. The hotel is near the train station, so the area is not good. I wouldn't recommend spending a week here, but if you need a night or two near the train station, this is perfect. There is a good, inexpensive local restaurant just down...

We stayed at this hotel on our 3 day trip to Naples, and the experience was ok enough. The hotel itself is clean, food was good, service great and overall a nice hotel. The location on the other hand was something else. The neighbourhood is not very nice, and would not recomend this for singel girls alone! It is right...

Although the overall experience was satisfactory, a few points need to be highlighted. Firstly the good stuff... the beds are excellent, pillows soft and the bathrooms clean. The breakfast is also excellent, the food being of good quality, plentiful and the serving staff attentive and polite. But... the location is dire apart from its proximity to the train station. You...

Generally hotel room sizes in Europe come as a little surprise because they are quite compact. This hotel room was the same but it was still generous in size. The rooms were clean and airy and the beds a good size. The location is perfect, its in Piazza Garibaldi which is central to everything and the main bus stops and...

I stayed here a few years ago and really enjoyed. Very close to the train station, walking distance to the harbor and near many museums and Pizza de Michaeli. I didn't walk around at night in abundance of caution (after say 9:00 PM)

This hotel is the nicest hotel out of all that we stayed in Italy. It is a four star hotel and is frequented mostly by business people who enjoy it's close proximity to the train station. It is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms, and there are all the amenities that you would expect from...

We were en route to isole d'Ischia from Rome. Arrived in Naples at Garibaldi Central station at 10pm and walked the 100 metres to the hotel without any hassels. Our pre booked triple room was well appointed and comfortable. Everything was functional and the balcony views to Vesuvius were an unexpected bonus. It was interesting next morning to watch the...

The male receptionist was almost hostile, and proved to give incorrect info. The triple standard room was a small room with three almost military style beds. The airconditioning was stuck to 30 degrees Centigrade, and we had to keep the balcony door opened. Nothing to be compared to the website of the hotel. Plus, on the second evening we had...

The Starhotel Terminus is an above average hotel in a pretty ghastly part of town. Naples isn't your normal, slick tourist citybreak - there are plenty of grim parts of town among the jewels - but the Piazza Garibaldi has to be one of the least inviting of public squares anywhere in Italy! The hotel staff were welcoming and generally...
