The area near the central station isn't the nicest area to stay. Very poor area and lots of homeless people. The room in the hotel was poor and overpriced. If you don't need to be close to the station... don't go here

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in December with my boyfriend, sister and mother to visit Pompei, Salerno, Sorrento and Naples. Breakfast was included, it wasn't much but it was OK. The walls are not very thick so you could hear everything and it's an old building with old and noise plumbing and is difficult to keep it...

I visited Pompeii in Italy for a day so i had to stay in Naples for 2 nights coz it just 30mins away by train. This Hotel was good actually. The Rooms are big. Clean bathrooms, and a good view from the terrace. It has TV and WIFI( wifis really bad). They change the towels and the housekeeping department clean...

It is my first 1-star review ever! We decided to book this hotel for its position near the train station. Never in my life I have seen a worse hotel! I have no idea how some people give it five stars ratings, maybe we were just unlucky with the room. Let's start. The position: Yes, it's near the station. But...

My friend and I just got back from a big trip to Italy. Our first stop was Naples. This hotel was booked through her travel agent. Our request for our hotel in Naples was for easy access to the train station and for a moderate price, which this hotel was. It's listed as 3-stars but I find this hard to...

Awful location. Very seedy. My wife had a purse stolen from our room while we were out for the day. The staff could not have been less interested in assisting us, just pointed to the disclaimer letting them of all responsibility. Fair enough but a little help in reporting it to the police would have helped. Instead they virtually accused...

The hotel consists of three floors inside a hotel like building. Pros: +spacious and clean rooms +kind staff(especially the breakfast lady) +near to bus station and train station +basic breakfast +possiblity to leave luggage at reception Cons: - the location is horribly unsafe, we could not go out after sunset and were forced to stay inside - lots of gangs...

Rooms on the 7th floor have big patios with a great view of the city, distant Vesuvius. Wi-fi is good, clean bed, breakfast is ok. So it's good value for money, but the staff could be more friendly and welcoming.

Ok, so here's the thing, like everything in life there are pros and cons but if you are on a budget this is an ideal location for a short stay. If you are not from a metropolitan area you may find some of the surroundings and people a little scary, especially at night. So that is a major factor to...

  • Just a bunch of electric cables under the mirror, nothing unusual
  • This is the air conditioner, I was afraid a rat could come out of it
