Man, this was bad..... for real! Nothing really worked, from the beginning. Terrible room, no cleaning service at all and the breakfast was some pure trash. Never come back again. Price very cheap and a friendly guy tried to be nice but that wasn't enough, actually!

I'm grateful she did because it's not a nice place by the train station. We chose this hotel since it was two blocks away and...

Viola hotel is centrally located - very close to the train station and is good for going around Naples..the beautiful sea is nearby and can go for walks on the shore.. the hotel is located in a shady place. but did not feel intimidated.. have to ask for cleaner towels.. basic breakfast.

Do NOT rent a car, driving is scary, buses are cheap and convenient. Watch locals to learn how to cross a street safely! Neighborhood is...

All the staff are nice, friendly and kind but specially Mr.Paspvale is a great person to whom I have met for the first time in hotel Viola. The rooms are clean and...

We stayed at the Hotel Viola (formerly Pensione Viola) two years in a row. To be honest, we only chose it because it was the cheapest and also conveniently located. My boyfriend and I used to live in Rome and were used to a pretty chaotic city but of course nothing prepares you for what Naples is. The hotel was...

We booked a B&B on he internet in Naples, but when we walked to it, we decided we wouldn't want to stay on that street. We headed for a more central area. We just walked in of the street and got a room for 2 nights. Very nice owner, and had just greeted a guest who had returned every year...
