Very good budget hotel close to the train station and metro Garibaldi. Good bufet breakfast although with limited choice. Clean comfy rooms. Very good prices. Area around train station a little shabby at night.

We spent 4 nights at Grand Hotel Europa and were satisfied. We were supposed to spend 5 nights but had to change our plans in the last minute. The staff very were friendly and helpful, especially one man that worked during afternoons/evenings! He helped us to find the best pizzeria in Naples and were just very polite, and spoke very...

The hotel is excellent value. The rooms to the front are large and comfortable (the ones on the side are a lot smaller)and have balconies. Noise is the same front or side. All rooms have newly redone nice baths. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is very good with excellent croissants, fruits, vegetables, muffins, cakes, ham, cheese, hard boiled...

We used Naples only as a stop-over point to Capri, Amalfi coast and the airport to our to next destination. As we intended to fly into our next destination and Naples was our only option to nearest airport plus taking ticket cost into consideration. Unlike many review you read on the internet, Naples seemed quite safe to me.Ofcourse, you need...

Location of hotel was good. It's 5mins walk away from Napoli Centrale and near to some eateries. Breakfast of hotel was good. Noise from the street could be heard at night but this is Napoli. At night we could see fake goods nite market, do be careful when out alone at night. Buy I will still say this is value...

I stayed here for just one night. It is within a 5 min walk to the train station which is handy, but it is not a very nice area of Naples unfortunately and I felt quite unsafe in the surrounding area. The hotel itself though I felt was very secure. The rooms are quite unusual and dated but clean and...

Dear Guest, thanks for spending your time leaving us this review. We are very happy that the location was comfortable for you, due to our few distance from the main station. Unfortunately not all the guests are respectful, but if you had picked up the phone and called the reception, they would have solved the problem immediately. We look forward...

We spent only one night in this hotel and were very satisfied. The great is its location, near to Garibaldi station. Breakfast was delicious, room nice, but a little bit stinky. Very friendly receptionist (man, I think Diego?), very helpful! I can recommend this hotel due to good quality for the low price.
