I would rate this place 0 out of 5 if that was an option. Arrived at the place at 11pm and was told the place was full even though I had made a booking (for which I paid a deposit online) several weeks earlier. The man behind the desk spoke little English and got very aggressive when I tried to...

I stayed at this "hotel" with two friends for one night and it was truly awful. The location is in a very poor neighbourhood despite being close to the train station. On arrival we were shown to our room straight away. The room we were given was horrendous, the bathroom door was broken and did not shut, the shower and...

This was the worst start to our holiday. It took 45 minutes before the man at reception even talked to us, then he snatched the booking form out of my hand, he was very rude. After another 15 minutes of trying to explain he took us out of the hotel and across the road to another hotel and told us...

My boyfriend and I stayed here when visiting Naples, initially we were to stay in a B&B but it was overbooked so we were placed here for the 3 nights instead. We lost/had our passports taken from us and only realised as soon as we'd arrived but we were allowed to search in a room instead of in the lobby....

Very simple and friendly. If you look for a simple and cheap place to stay that's the choice. Is near to the central station, restaurants and shops. Wifi, air conditioner, breakfast everything at room. In the next time I'll give the preference to this hotel.

Very basic hotel next to the central railway station. Traditional Italian breakfast served in the room (they don't have a dinning room). Quite clean. A bit noisy but I was so tired after the whole day of discovering the city and its surroundings that fell asleep immediately. Free slippers and tooth brush and paste were a real surprise to me...

We arrived very late as our flight to Naples was delayed. We were so delighted to find that this little hotel was only a few minutes from where the airport bus dropped us (Alibus) even the bus driver was helpful and asked us where we were heading. The person on duty was really kind and helpful. The bedding very clean...

This hotel is located very near napoli central station. The host is very good man. I recommend this hotel to all people who visit Napoli. There is a useful store in front of this hotel. Free wifi helps me to inform my traveling to my home.

The proprietors are friendly and nice. The hotel is noisy and has bare basics. It is very close to the central station and buses to airport which is about its only redeeming factor. It is noisy, clean, sparse (no bed cover other than sheet), Do you get what you pay for? I am not sure, but if you could spend...
