Hotel Il Convento is a small, very clean hotel with helpful staff on the front desk. Our room wasn't particularly spacious and could have had more hangers and hanging space but was very clean and more than adequate since we spent very little time in it! The hotel's location is great for the metro and onward connections to trains and also...

We had the the junior suite which was very comfortable and the lovely outdoor patio was great for your own little piece of serenity in what is a busy city. The breakfast is simple but ample and the staff are very friendly and have great recommendations for local restaurants. It can be noisy some nights but that is Naples! Would...

The hotel was very convenient for a stay in Naples. The metro is pretty close and it's easy walking to the Opera House or Spaccannapoli. The breakfast was tasty and the staff will make your choice of coffee. Plenty of restaurants in the area as well. It can be a little loud at night, but that's the tradeoff for being...

Small hotel on narrow street just off pedestrian Via Toledo. Very helpful and friendly reception staff will help and advise on seeing Naples and around, and suggest and book local restaurants. Rooms vary in size according to price, two delightful rooms with small private terrace on top floor but no street view. Earplugs supplied but not necessary if you keep...

I'll admit we were a little nervous about Napoli in general, and furthermore about a hotel "located on an alleyway". There was no need to be at all. This hotel was really nice and the location was perfect. We walked around some other areas of Naples, and this is where i'd want to be. The staff were great. At check-in,...

I love to stay at this kind of hotel. Very fashionable furnished with linen maps, original pictures and non-plastic, non-IKEA furnitures. The hotel is situated in one the the typical narrow lanes off Via Toledo, at a walking distance from Naples historic quarter and all the other main attractions. We enjoyed strolling in the nearby lanes that offer small shops...

Stayed four nights. Location on edge of Spanish Quarter was convenient for many sites and the opera house. A bit noisy at times but okay with the windows shut. Room quite small but shower cubicle in bathroom a good size. Flatscreen TV a bit high. Facilities okay. Breakfast quite nice with cereal, fresh fruit, cakes, eggs ham etc. Location near...

Very friendly hotel in middle of Napoli. Easy access on foot to shops, seafront and Metro. Nothing is too much trouble for the management and the breakfasts are excellent. Visit to Pompei & Ercolano was a pleasure as a result of advice from hotel. Several good places locally for lunches and dinner.

We had a lovely 4th floor room with a little garden patio that was charming with flowers and a lemon tree! In the summer it would be ideal! We were there in March but we still sat out there when it was warm enough. We loved the breakfast, which included eggs, ham, breads, cereal, fruit, juices coffee and capaciino, tea,...

Dear Betsy, thank you for your review! You booked our best solution for 2 people: romantic junior suite with private roof garden. There is no better way to start the day with breakfast served on the terrace or relax in the evening with a glass of wine in the privacy of your own flowered terrace. A warm hug from Napoli,...

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Naples Spanish quarter. Right next to Via Toledo the main walking street and the metro stop Toledo. The room was clean and spacious and we loved having a small balcony. Breakfast was good and plenty and having the option of getting it served at the room at no extra cost was...
