We stayed there in late Sept.'14. Adequate and comfortable room. The location is excellent, BUT Salvatore is the 5th star in my rating. He's just a nice guy. He genuinely seems to enjoy being helpful, friendly, informative, and funny! Dolce Vita is close to everything as has been stated in other reviews. Breakfast is very good and Salvatore's cappucino is...

I stayed here a while ago but neglected to write a review. Service, cleanliness were top notch. Breakfast in the morning on the roof top was pretty good. I would for sure stay here again. The location was basically beside the ruins and within walking distance of other attractions- a short drive to Positano as well !

This is a charming B&B with lovely rooms and a delightful room terrace where you can have your excellent breakfast of good coffee and croissant. Salvatore is a very welcoming host and makes staying here a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient for the station and for the excavations-via the amphitheatre gate. The only downside is that the...

B&B Dolce Vita. What a great place to stay when in Pompei! Finding it is super-easy—just turn left out of the train station, walk around the corner and there you are, right on the doorstep of your home sweet home, Italian style. Host Salvatore is attentive, genuinely hospitable, and as much a guide and mentor to visitors as he is...

B&B Dolcevita is run by a very helpful and friendly man named Salvatore and he is willing to go the extra mile to help in any way in serving and giving directions. The bed was super comfortable and the room really spacious. The location was also perfect, close to the train station, shops, restaurants and only about 5-7 minute walk...

What a great place!!!! from our first impression of a closed rather dodgy looking premises we were amazed to find it run by the most helpful individuals we have ever met- their welcome was fantastic-nothing was too much trouble. They made coffee whilst explaining the benefits of visiting Pompei- seeing our tired worn expression of all the travel form the...

A small family owned B&B. Comfortable and interesting rooms, each decorated with a different theme. Salvatore is very friendly and helpful and was able to give us directions as well as train details and places to eat. Breakfast was good and we were able to eat it on the roof terrace. Good location for the Pompeii ruins, the Cathedral, and...

We only stayed here one night but our host could not have been more helpful. Salvatore was so enthusiastic about making sure we found the best restaurants , gelaterias and attractions in the locality. The rooms were nice and well equipped. Everything within walking distance, the ruins obviously are amazing although it was very hot in August.

Just 50 meters from the train station, across the street from a great grocery, short blocks from terrific local restaurants and shopping, and a lovely short walk through the town piazza takes you to the back door of ancient Pompei. The rooms were decorated in local themes, we had the lovely Pompei room with copies of frescoes on the walls...
