I stayed here on my own with my two girls 8 and 10yrs at the end of August. The property was about a 20 minute drive from Naples airport and in a quite residential area. The hotel had its own big car park, in a grassy area about 3 minutes walk from reception with exit on to the main road for easy access to local shops and restaurants. We felt safe at the property. Rooms were clean and serviced daily. Breakfast was basic, bread, cheese, ham, yoghurts and croissants. Girls were happy though. Breakfast as served outside by the pool areas and garden, very relaxed. The pool was great, cleaned every evening and a good size, with deep and shallow end. There were sun loungers available by the bar, which was open all day. We ate in the restaurant one evening and food was good, prices were €8-14 for a main, similar to other restaurants in the area. Other good local eateries include Maradona Pizza and Miss Sushi. I would recommend you hire a car if flying in to Naples as we found it essential! There was parking at all the sites we visited, including the Catacombs in Napoli, Herculaneum, Pompeii and Vesuvius National Park, we also drove to the local restaurants (there are no pavements) and to the big superstore - Centro Commerciale La Cartiera, which is a huge shopping complex, food/clothes/toys. The hotel is set in nice grounds, watered daily so grass is not parched. There is also a small farm where they grow their own food for the restaurant and animals. In general animals were kept well, kids loved the cats and feeding the goats. The only thing I will say is the pony and donkey’s and equally one of the nanny goats needed a farrier (maniscalco di cavalli) as their hooves really needed attention. It is not particularly costly, their are plenty of farriers in Naples so I hope management take note and book one, leaving them is unkind to the animals. Otherwise we loved our stay and hotel was in a fab location to explore the area!

The place is quite large with garden and swimming pool area with terrace.
Our room was small , also the bathroom with shower was small but clean with different amenities. Sometimes a bit smelly though.
The room was a corner with a large balcony which was comfortable to sit and relax.
Parking is at 50 meters and locked at night with a camera for observation.
Breakfast simple , we just missed some hot choices like eggs or baked bacon. The coffee was average.
Lunch was nice so was dinner with plenty of choices at very fair prices. We also enjoyed the white house wine at only €8 a bottle. Small minibar in the room was also very affordable
Unfortunately the bar closed at 10 pm and there was no music on the terrace so a bit boring.
If you arrive by car and want to visit pompeii then park the car at parking zeus, large space and only 50 meters from the side entrance.

Hotel was good value but was a lot more out of town than I expected. Taxi or car needed.
Room was clean and quiet. Beds comfortable. Hotel had nice pool area with gardens and plenty of sunbeds. However, food and drink service was hit and miss. Only open certain days at certain times.

Don't go here. And if you still want to go, don't book via Booking. We paid in advance for a villa, upon arrival it seemed they put another family in it already. The witch from reception, Cristina, put my family in a double hotelroom. Honestly unbelievable. No compensation, no excuses, no nothing. Barely speaks English. Booking.com also didn't take responsibility. Have never been treated like this in my life, not the best start of our holiday unfortunately...

Apparently they did the same thing to another family and what basically happened is that they split the villa into 2 separate rooms and stuffed both with extra beds to increase the capacity and increase the profit margin per room....

Hi, the things said are not exact, the villa is a room category consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom, the assigned room consists of 2 bedrooms and the bathroom called on booking.com (Family Accommodation with 2 Bedrooms and View Garden), upon arrival you were shown and you accepted this solution, I don't understand what he is talking about, maybe you wanted to save money ???? Best regards

Cancelled our stay on short notice and readvertised straight away for a higher price , informed the booking page that we have requested the cancellation which was not true . We had to find quickly a new acomodation but due to the date approaching fast we had to pay an additional 100% to the original price . Not something we will accept without leaving a feedback due to the long planning of a 3 week roadtrip and having multiply stays booked with dates blocked.

Honest review. Currently here now and cannot wait to leave. Arrived 3pm taxi form station all good €10 but then the hotel provided no food. We asked at bar and reception for snacks we got crisps. We had been travelling for 5 hours and needed some food! Went out to find some, over an hour on foot, no shops or anything to eat. No pavement ap be very careful. TIP*** ring taxi to take you to square in Pompeii. Only food available is via car.
Hotel is lovely but in the middle of nowhere AT ALL!! We had a garden view room and could constantly hear people arguing and kids screaming.
Breakfast FLIES!!! everything covered in flies. Cups, plates everything. Cold coffee so we got taxi to pompei Again. No entertainment, no bar after 10.30 to be honest no one at the bar most days you have to ring the bell and wait ages! Prices of beer really good. Pool really small and beds very hard. Shower tiny. Waited at reception for 20 minutes but no one was there for taxi so we found a number and rang ourselves.
My advice stay in Pompeii town not here. Its in the middle of nowhere, literally nothing to walk to.

Hi there,

We were looking forward to a 4 day stay at the Vivi Natura, Agri Turismo, Pompei last week after a car journey from Rome, we were very disapointed to be turned away as the receptionist as the attempted to do, until we could prove the by printed e-mail that we had a booking. It went from bad to worse, the hotel receptionist refused to hand back our passports, we took them back on day 3. The rooms are not very basic, although clean. On the first night we eat at the hotel in a outdoor restaurant where the chef told us what we were having and they charged us a pricey sum for the effort. The next day we were given tea/coffee some crackers and nuttell and jam and that is the sum of the breakfast, very poor, we supplemented this from a local store, which was great. Other problems were the access to the pool as we were not allowed access during the many parties they held on site, as this is the real function of the hotel. Overall, from the bad mannered receptionist to the owner the place was poor at best and the treatment of the animals held and easily heard in the rooms did not seem to be right. The pictures make the place look good although I could never reccomend a stay at this property to anyone. Go elsewhere somewhere nearer to town and do yourself a favour. Parking was at the discretion of the owner similarly the use of the pool, access to both was only granted when it favoured themselves.

We stayed for a week and found that this is an ideal location for visiting the pompeii ruins which are 20mins walk away but also great for visiting other places as there are good transport links to sorrento, herculaneum and Naples (although I would advise to give Naples a miss to be honest!).
The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean, the grounds are lovely and tranquil with amazing views. We enjoyed spending time with the animals and there is a good play area for the kids with seating for the adults. The pool was cold as it's was early spring but the kids still enjoyed it.
The best thing about this hotel is the friendly family feel, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Alfonso who must be the hardest working waiter in Italy! He never stops and always had a smile on his face, he couldn't do enough for us and made us feel so at home, evening "feeding" my daughter's toy giraffe and rescuing her sunglasses from the bottom of the pool!
The local area is quiet (compared to other parts of itally!) but has lots of amenities. We didn't hire a car so got everywhere by foot or train and found this no problem at all. There is plenty to do in the area and going up Vesuvius is a must! Along with the ruins (obviously!) And there are some lovely restaurants in pompeii but the best one is definitely Coupona which is ancient roman themed and just fantastic!
The food in the hotel was amazing and if we didn't want what was on the menu the chef was happy to cook us something different, they use fresh ingredients from the farm.
It's worth noting the nearest train station is Ponte Persica but this is not well sign posted and is unmanned so you just have to jump on and either head towards napoli or sorrento but it's easy to find your way.

We asked for a late checkout and left our bags in the room. When we returned from Pompeii, we discovered that our bags had been removed to the office. However, the items we left on the counter (son's ipod and headphones) weren't there. Didn't discover that items were missing until we were at the train station in Naples. Numerous calls, emails and texts have gone unanswered. It is a shame that they allowed these items to "disappear". Could have been a much different review.

If you arrive by train DO NOT get off at Moregine, stay on one more stop and get off at PONTE PERSICA. Take a left and walk for 8 minutes and you will arrive at this wonderful hotel.

The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean with towels changed regularly. We stayed 5 nights with two teens whilst visiting Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Sorrento. The pool was fab, especially after long days visiting the sights. Plenty of room to swim and lots of new friends made. Ice cream and slushies for a euro! The farm was a big hit with all the children young and old.

Evening meals were delicious and well priced, breakfast was OK. The wifi at the hotel was hit/miss. The reception were always helpful and staff very friendly and welcoming.

The local train station at Ponte Persica is just a platform and does not have a ticket machine, so unusually all our train rides were free 'going', we only ever paid for our return journeys. This is the norm (unwritten rule) and tickets were never asked for on any journey. The hotel is well located for exploring the area and for accessing transport links.

I would call this guys asking for a free pick up from the airport. Depending on the booking period might work. If not. You must go to pompey by car which cost approx 50€ from the airport. But first try to ask..
