I spent quite some time reviewing the Hotel Principe Torlonia, and finally booked directly with the hotel to avoid the questionable practices that have been described in earlier posts through persons that have booked via an Online Travel Agents. Even still I found that, without permission, the hotel placed a charge (not a pre-authorisation) to my credit card one month...

I paid 75 euros a night (+taxes), including breakfast. For this price I must say that they hotel is fairly good. Considering that I've seen the same hotel with quite higher fares (up to 300 euros a night, probably for better rooms), i must say that if I pay this amount, I would directly open a case in court against...

Just returned from Hotel Principe Torlonia and figured I'd provide a review. I'll l also cover some basics regarding travel in Italy and tips that you may find helpful on your trip. We booked a Junior Suite, so this review will be pertinent to that style of room. The property is a charming estate that was converted to a hotel....

This is a wonderful and very unique hotel about 3 miles away from the tourist sites. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. One who stood out was Frederica, who sat with me for an hour translating a Facebook conversation with distant relative i was hoping to visit. The garden out back was well kept and beautiful. The only negatives...

Rooms are ok and breakfast full of tasty soft cookie's and some more but that was too sweet and not my breakfast culture. Reception department gives a soul to the Hotel. Always smiled and greeted . A hotel that was once a private residence near many embassies off Nomentana. This is a small boutique hotel which provided us with the type of base we needed, which was to catch-up with friends, rather than undertaking a hectic sightseeing tour of all the sights of Rome. Having just spent a substantial period of time in Le Marche where...

Hotel has lovely back garden with seating for breakfast when its warm. Breakfast is a nice buffet with a wide variety and good service. The hotel is outside the very busy city but its easy to get into town on the metro.

Just got back from a 3 night stay here with my boyfriend. What a fab hotel it was, great location. Perfect and just as we wanted, which was not right in the centre but easy enough to get from everywhere. It was in a lovely quiet set location, with lovely gardens lit up at night to enjoy after a busy...
