Before going to Rome, I've read on Tripadvisor that staff of the Boutique Hotel Trevi is unexperienced and they do not care about people. But this didn't stop me, because I couldn't imagine why guests would need their help so much. Now I know why. Although this hotel is situated 20 meters from goargeous Fontana Trevi, my stay at the...

After staying at the Splendide Royal in September I would by far recommend the Boutique Hotel Trevi if you are looking for a more central location and value for money. We had twin room 502 at the front of the hotel (high up on the 5th floor) which was smallish but elegantly decorated and with a narrow balcony with one...

Guys! How can you not like this hotel? Only, I believe, if you are used to the the Las Vegas "palaces and pastiches of Europe". When you go to Rome/Italy, you go for the culture, history and way of life. In such a historic centre, you cannot expect a huge Hilton/Sheraton/Marriott/other American import (these are all available on the outskirts of...

Dont even think of booking this crappy hotel, very rude staff including the whole management. Unexperienced reception, they could never help us no matter the situation. The hotel is extremely tiny and the rooms are incredibly small, you would think that for the amount of money you pay you would at least get free internet, NO its 15 Euros!. I...

We booked via booking.com because we found a cheaper price than on the Hotel website.I asked for a triple room on a high floor, but they gave us one on the second floor.Small room and even small bathroom.Everything was clean but an unpleasant smell came from the bathroom. The double bed was comfortable but the single one was not big enough for...

Stayed for 4 nights in July and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful boutique hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location of this hotel was excellent, just a few steps away from the Trevi Fountain. The Fountain was always very busy and noisy, however with the windows closed in your room you could...

The good parts: Location, lots of restaurant by the hotel, bus service, trains are near by. If you want a taxi, let them call it for you. The A/C works great but only in the rooms. The hallways are NOT A/C. Some of the bad parts: First, there is a smell of sewage. My bathroom had this smell as did...

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
Trevi
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
