The flat is well located and refurbished with everything we need. Just 10-12 minutes walking to Saint Peter Basilica and less to the Vatican Museum (we reccomend to book the entrance). The bus and metro station are just around the corner. Take some time to visit the area near by the flat: we recommend, ad Paolo suggested us, to visit...

We found the room perfect, the location excellent and the owners friendly and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this place, whether with or without kids. It was very useful to have use of the pleasant kitchen area, especially with the kids.

Good job Paolo and friends, you have a nice apartment that is closed to the metro. The area is quite and close to the Vatican. The rooms are wide and the kitchen contains all is necessary for a classic Italian breakfast. Thanks a lot for the Prosecco which has been a surprise. We will contact you again in the future...

My family and I were very impressed with Arches B&B. The staff was very attentive and the location was perfect. There were four of us but we has enough space to spread out. It was my first time staying in a bed and breakfast but it was cool because we had everything we needed to be comfortable. I would highly...

Our ten nights (in July 2014) at Arches B&B in the Green Room were perfect! Our main point of communication was with Paolo. He was responsive to our emails and phone calls, arranged for airport pick-up, answered are many questions with a smile, and made sure we "felt at home" as we settled in. He helped to orientate us to...

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very comfortable. Close to the Vatican but far enough away from the tourists. Jump on the Metro and be anywhere in Rome within a few minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent gelato across the street. Denesi cafe next door was excellent!

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in June 2014 (06/02/14 - 06/06/14) in the blue room. Fabio arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport at a very reasonable price. Once we arrived Pablo showed us around, explained everything we needed to know and made very good recommendations. The room was big, comfortable and clean....

We had a great stay at Arches B&B. Fabio was very helpful in the reservation process and arranged for a driver to pick us up at the airport after our long overseas flight. We arrived early in the day, prior to check in time, and Paulo was very accommodating, letting us leave our bags until the rooms were ready. We...

Wonderful stay at the Arches B&B for our short stay in Rome. Great location close to the Vatican, with many restaurants close by. The room we had was large with a small terrace sitting area. The private bathroom was spacious with plenty of linens. The self service kitchen area had everything you needed for breakfast. Paulo was wonderful to work...
