Booked 3 days in May 2020 and paid for the booking. This was done in Oct. 2019. The refund policy stated we would receive our money back if we cancelled one week before our stay. We cancelled in March 2020 and were told we would not be charged a fee. Tried to contact them several times with no response from them. Finally tried again 2 weeks ago and they responded they would give us a voucher good for 1 year. Because we are seniors and my health is not good we requested a cash refund. So far no response on this request.
Medium walking distance from Rome Termini train station, fairly close to some of the other attractions. Beware pickpockets, and vespa bag snatchers around the area (Rome in general). The room was fine, quite basic, and reception was helpful.
This property is safe and clean and walking distance to all the attractions. The staff is super helpful they printed my vouchers for the Vatican. And the cleaning staff did every lil extra thing I asked of them with a smile. The breakfast room looked lovely full of tasty treats.and fruit. The best thing is the location and that there is a person available 24 hrs a day. The water was roasting hot in the shower. I fully enjoyed my 10 day stay. Highly recommend this property put up with teenagers no problems
Stayed with family in Dec. Good place with 24x7 reception and they also speak english.valentina was very helpful in answering questions and the person who manages breakfast was very prompt. The place is also centrally located but slightly inside road walking near metro with a big door and bell outside. Less than a km walk from main station termini
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower worked well. The location was very good. It was a few minutes walk to the metro and to a lot of bus routes around the city (take 40 or 64 for the Vatican). The problem (and hence my low rating) was the noise of the bar/restaurant/party venue that was close to our room (5). On both Friday and Saturday evenings I could hear the music until 11:30. Saturday was closer to midnight. I asked on the Saturday morning if a quieter room was available. The lady at reception said we might be able to move but would have to clear it with her manager. When we returned later we were told that we couldn't move but the party venue had told the hotel that there wouldn't be another party on the Saturday evening. Party or no party it was certainly very noisy and my lack of sleep totally spoilt my couple of days away. I got the impression that I was far from the first to complain about the noise. The hotel had the venue's phone number and did ring to ask them to turn down the noise but not much happened until it was eventually turned off. In conclusion: only stay here if you can sleep through noise. It might be better on a weekday but I won't be returning.…
