First thing is first, this place is farrr better than the photos make out! The photos seriously don't do this place justice. It is a beautiful flat which has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, we had the double room with the en-suite room. It was a lovely comfy bed. Everything you could need in the room, hair dryer, soap etc....

This is sad to write, but my experience staying there last week ( Sept 8- 13) was pretty much a nightmare. First of all,bit was listed as "sound-proof rooms," which is of critical importance to me. It is something I always prioritize. If they hadn't said anything about the lack of noise disturbance I would agree it was my own...

This guest house was just a few minutes walk from St Peters/Vatican area and was exceptional value for money. I had my own private luxury bathroom and twin room and a private balcony all to my self too, as well as full kitchen facilities and free breakfast stuffs. The place is run by a mother and son who don't live...

This was such a lovely apartment and very reasonably priced. The owners were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I can warmly recommend the place and will definitely come back next time we are in Rome. We were able to walk to the Vatican and enjoy an Audience with the Pope. Lovely experience through and through.

Had a wonderful stay here. We had the twin room with the French windows that lead onto a lovely little balcony which we had coffee and breakfast on each day. Nice walk into town past the Vatican every morning. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

I booked this place on the strength of the reviews on Tripadvisor, and quite frankly I feel a bit miffed. Despite the triple glazing, accelerating or decelerating cars kept us awake for most of the night, assisted by trains shunting past on the raised railway less than a stone's throw from the window, and to cap it all, the apartment...

We stayed here for 5 days and it couldn't have been better. The owner, Liana, was most attentive to any of our needs. she is charming and full of information about Rome. If you want to be close to St. Peter's you can't get much closer. It's clean comfortable and quiet for good sleeping at night and I think we'd...

We had a great stay at this guest house. The owner (Liana) was very nice and attentive to our needs. The house is beautifully furnished and very comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. It includes private baths and shared kitchen and family room. There's a little bit of noise coming from a street downstairs but you won't hear it if you...

“If you really do want to stay here, ask for the room with the en-suite bathroom (with window), otherwise you've got to go out of your room, across the landing in front of the other room, and use 'your' private bathroom (which is windowless).”
