Stefano was great, making a reservation at the Borghese and confirming a tour. His sister was willing to go out and get cream for coffee. However, the helpfulness does not outweigh the accomodations. We did not enjoy Rome as much because of how terrible it...More
We stayed here twice- once in the orange room and once in the green. The orange room was ok but green was great- with A/C and an ensuite bathroom which the orange doesnt have- and its the same price! Breakfast is quite average but not...More
We felt so lucky to have found this B&B - spotlessly clean and smartly decorated, with good breakfasts, lovely owners and a great location 15 mins walk from the Colosseum. Will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
