It is a great bed and breakfast. It's located in an old classic building, the rooms are big, clean and beautiful, the bathroom is also very clean and they supply you with towels, shampoo, hairdryer... The staff is very nice and helpful aswell, and the continental breakfast (fruit, cereals, croissants, juice, homemade cappuccino, bread, ham, nutella...) is very good. It's close...

Wonderful B&B close to the central station. We had the Puccini Suite which was a large room with refrigerator, nespressomachine, hair dryer and two armchairs. Walking distance to almost all major attractions. Close to the metro and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Both Paolo and Sonja were very professional and helpful and we got new tips every day at...

We found this excellent B&B in the heart of Rome, across from the Opera House. Paulo was just leaving for a few day break but his sister looked after us and she was excellent, professional and very helpful. We started each day with a wonderful breakfast and although I am gluten-free, she readily had many choices for me. At night,...

Stayed here for 4 nights for a surprise 21st birthday trip to Rome and couldn't have been more pleased. Sonia and Paolo (the owners) were attentive and Paolo gave some tourist tips that saved us a lot of time on our short break! Our room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated with a large bed, arm chairs, television, ward board...

Just arrived back from another trip to Rome. We normally stay in hotels around the termini area but this time we opted to stay in a b&b and what a great decision that turned out to be. This b&b is finished to the highest standards ( better than half the hotels we've stayed in) and is spotlessly clean. We stayed...

We came in by train and walked easily there with luggage. Great communication by Paulo, lovely big, very clean and well appointed rooms. Paulo helped us every morning with ideas for the day and making sure all was good, it's within an easy walk to all the major sites. If in Rome again, we will stay there again for sure.

The host at the Armonia All'Opera offered lots of useful information for our short stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the facility itself was superbly located to see the sights of Rome. The only negative points we would raise would be: 1. The doors of other rooms were very loud when being shut. This was not ideal for light...

When we arrived we were made to feel at home by Sonya and Paolo. They were very attentive and accommodating. We could not believe how beautiful, quite, elegant, and clean this B n B was. Breakfast was great. We were shown to our room and instructed on how all things worked. Small fridge in room was great to have. Paolo...

If you are looking for a bit of a hideaway but right in town then this is your place. Brilliant hosts there to answer your many questions. Great size rooms with brilliant AC. Great to be close to a few other metro stops and extremely close to the main train station.

My wife and I spend two nights at the Armonia All'Opera. Paolo and Sonia were very helpful. Paolo recommended a great site to visit, San Clemente, and also was knowledgeable about other sites and museums. The B&B is very convenient to the main Termini train station, but in a very nice neighborhood right across from the opera. The metro and...

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
