Good location for termini station and metro rooms very basic bathrooms need updating need to be up early for shower as hot water runs out. Beds very hard. Rooms were clean though and bedding changed daily. Wouldn't bother with breakfast we found this very poor and not appetising it we didn't bother after the first day

This hotel is by the main rail terminal in Rome so easy to get around. If you fancy the walk, it's about 30 mins to the Vatican from the hotel. The rooms were clean with fresh towels delivered daily. We stayed for 4 nights and there was no hot water for showering in the morning but plenty if you showered...

Faultless. Good location. Quiet. Good rooms with fantastic shower. Nice breakfast. Lovely staff. Nice reception area. Reasonable gym. Nice cost sauna/steam room. We loved it. It's about 2 minutes walk from the main train station exit. The airport tickets were 14 euros. Maybe 15 to 30 minutes walk to the incredible attractions.

Clean hotel, chaging towels every day. Breakfast average. Dont count on having queen size bed as said when booking, two separate beds brought together so by morning you may fall between. Also wals are thin as paper so you can hear what every one around you are doing in their rooms. The aircondition makes sound like when you fly on an...

We stayed here on the final night of our trip, needing to catch the earliest train to the airport. We picked this hotel largely for the location, which didn't disappoint. Beyond that, we expected it to be just adequate, and the room was a decent size, perfectly clean, and had a comfortable bed. They have hidden blackout curtains, which you...

Stayed here three nights while in Rome. Room was great. Size you would expect for a metro area. Train station and bus station just steps away. Plenty of restaurants close by. We did the coliseum, the Vatican and most sites from here. We just took taxi to and from the Vatican. $13.50 euro. Metro is very close by.

Terrible service, they were kind and all but very inefficient. Interent was terrible and keept on saying it will be fixed but never did. There are people that have to take their breakfast standing because the eating room is too small? Scandalous for a 4 star hotel. Room was small but ok.

This is a lovely hotel within 5 minutes wak from Termini station. The staff at check-in were very friendly and gave us maps to orientate ourselves to the the area. The room was clean and comfortable, with air-conditioning, mini-bar and nice bathroom. Unfortunately, the hotel WiFi was not working the first night, but it was sorted by the next morning....

Staying in Esquilino

Neighbourhood Profile
Esquilino
Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub, Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up basketball games. Look around you: this area isn’t like the historic centre. Liberty architecture, large piazzas, and long boulevards mix with archaic arches, secret side alleys, and beautiful churches like Santa Maria Maggiore.
