If you want an apartment, close to the metro, perfectly equipped, with loads of space, clean, safe, two bedrooms and a landlord second to none, this is it. Cesare is accommodating, generous and a mine of information. Now I know exactly where to stay when in Rome. And it is way cheaper than any hotel, with none of those drawbacks...

My wife, daughter and her friend stayed at the Apartment Happy Sleeping in Rome for eight nights in July 2013. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable (A/C in all the rooms is critical in a hot Roman summer), secure, and in a good location as Ostiense train station and the Pyramide metro station are just 100m from the apartment....

We stayed in this apartment in Rome for over a week in May. We didn't realise it, but its a full, private apartment all to yourself. It was really well placed near multiple train stations, trams and buses. Near a supermarket and coffee shop (near the station). Easy to get to Colosseum, historic centre and Vatican from here.
