Excellent stay at this unusual B& B. It was more like having your own apartment. We had key access from The street to open the large, beautiful doors and then steps or elevator up to our rooms. We rented 2 rooms--one for my husband and I and one for our 2 teenagers. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, with shuttered windows...

Our thanks to Paolo for helping make our trip to Rome incredible. Right down the street is the Vatican Wall. A five minute walk to Vatican Museums and about the same for St Peter's. Great neighborhood with Paolo recommended Italian restaurant just a few blocks away. Food was amazing. Great Chinese right next door. Accommodations are extremely clean and beds...

We count ourselves very fortunate to have learned of Paolo's B and B. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Paolo is a most gracious and helpful - though never intrusive - host. We will definitely recommend him and Cuscino e Cappuccino to our family and friends with highest praise, and we hope to someday return ourselves!

The location is great(at the walls of vacation city) and the accommodation is beautiful, everything is lovely, very clean and spacious. But the real star is the host Paolo, the nicest most helpful person you would care to...

We stayed here for a week and it was a delight. Paolo, the man in charge was hospitable and extremely helpful. He organised our taxi to and from the airport at a slightly cheaper rate and was always on hand to answer any questions about where to go and how to get there in and around Rome. He also pointed...

Best location! 2 blocks from the Vatican and St. Peter's Square. Paolo (the owner) was very accommodating and helpful. He worked with us to help us get tours booked, gave a comprehensive overview of the city, booked us a driver to get to the airport at a discounted rate, and got up early to have breakfast ready for our long...

The b&b organised a driver to meet us at the airport which was a great idea. At 40 euros, it was also good value. The b&b is in a traditional style apartment building, (very Roman), and is in an excellent location just minutes away from Saint Pauls. There are numerous cafes/restaurants close by. Paolo, the manager was there to meet...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
