Stayed in October, is was around 78%F ( 25.5 C) and the air conditioning was useless. You cannot adjust the AC in the room. Called front desk they told me to open the window. I have allergies and didn;t want to open the window. It is near Roma Ostience station.

Perfect location for a long weekend getaway situated in an area close enough to the centre, approx 30 mins walk to coliseum. the area surrounding the hotel is comparable to the northern quarter in Manchester with lots of independent restaurants and bars in 5 minutes walk. hotel itself was lovely and clean although the shower was a little on the small side. receptionist always on duty happy to help with any issues including an iron or booking a taxi. sockets next to bed have USB sockets to avoid any issues with travel adapters. Perfect in my opinion and underselling itself.

We travelled without reservations and that can be tricky, however this place did not disappoint. We added another night the next day - we easily walked to many of the big attractions. The direction is right down the street from the train station; heads up, map apps can leave you roaming about while in Rome, then maybe that's just what we do!

The hotel was selected because it is not far from Roma Ostience station which is convenient for getting from Fiumicino airport and then to the Civitavecchia port. I booked the "comfort" room with windows looking into the city (and not on the railroad). The room was quiet (at least I saw no adverse effects) and very comfortable with a very reasonable price for the Rome. The breakfast may have been not the very best I have ever seen, but quite good for the short stay. This was not the first my visit to Rome, so I intentionally left out main tourist attractions. Still, I visited Aventin (one may continue to the "main attractions" from here) and then went to Appian road and Aqueducts park. On the second day I had time for visiting St.Paul's basilica and Ostia Antica (easily reachable from Pyramid metro), before going to Civitavecchia.

Booked two rooms, one room with bathtub and another is without bathtub. The one with bathtub is close to the train station which will cause a bit sound pollution. However, this lovely hotel does provide earplugs for the travelers. Hotel is clean and with simply decorations. Staff is friendly as well. provide us free breakfast even we are just checking in on that day, after a long flight. Location is the best, walking distance to metro where you can travel around easily. Extra tips: Beside hotel there is a restaurant, guest who stay in this hotel will get extra discount. You should give it a try!

Hi Yusynnl, Thank you for having perfectly listed all our strengths and for sharing your experience with the many users of this site. Yes, exactly you had booked a superior room (the one with a bath) that is located on the railroad side, while the other a comfort (all our comforts are located on the side of the road, but cost a little more), to remedy the problem the passage of the trains we provide earplugs, I see that you have appreciated this gesture of ours. Above all, I am pleased that the railway problem has not created any problem for you. I'm glad that the location was to your liking. I'm glad you ate at the restaurant in agreement with our hotel that is located next to our front door (Pennestri Restaurant).
