This was an enjoyable and well-located place to stay. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and the coffee machine a great addition. Luisa was very helpful from the moment of our arrival, showing us to our room and giving some excellent local resturant recommendations. She also went beyond what we could have expected by arranging the delivery of some earrings that we left behind. Many thanks! Will try to come back if we visit Rome again.

The location was brilliant for the metro and walking around the city. The price was reasonable for the 3 nights we stayed. The building itself is a beautiful traditional palazzo and the rooms are decorated to a high standard. The staff were very attentive

Ideal location - checked Price - checked Room uniqueness - checked Cleanliness - checked Service, Hospitality, Warmth - Checked checked and checked. Checked is not even the appropriate word to use to describe this AMAZING place. They were above and beyond and their hospitality is unparalleled to many we have experienced in our past travels. Each and everyday, we would return to the room with welcoming notes handwritten to surprise and greet us. Each and every request or questions or help we needed, they went above and beyond. They truly display true hospitality and as my title suggest, they are the epitome that "Life is about the relationships you make and not about accomplishments. This is one unforgettable experience and we will always cherish and carry with us wherever we go - to extend the same kindness to others we meet on our journeys.

We had the greatest experience!! The room was very clean and quiet. The staff went beyond expectations and made our trip perfect! Vanessa was the perfect host, she gave us a lot of tips of what we should see and helped me to plan a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday by decorating the room and leaving some very nice notes. She made a reservation for dinner for the same night and let the restaurant know that we are celebrating and they prepared a special desert for us. Without doubt, staying at this hotel made our trip great and we will come back! Highly recommend.

This was our first visit to Rome and what a fantastic experience we had thanks to this amazing hotel! We will like to start off with praising the staff members which were absolutely excellent providing us with the best service ever, special mentions for Vanessa who made our stay so comfortable and always went the extra mile for us which we have not seen anywhere else before!! She would always personally come down to open the front door for us and always ask us how our day was or if we needed anything. We stayed 3 nights in total. Upon arrival we were welcomed very warmly by Vanessa and another staff member, we were given a map of Rome and they explained all the main attractions, noted them on the map and gave us excellent local restaurant recommendations. They even booked the restaurants for us, they were so kind and professional at all times. The room itself was immaculate at all times, super clean and very spacious. The rooms are very elegantly decorated with Venetian high ceilings that Nespresso machine with a selection of coffees. We were in a Junior Suite which over looked the fountain and we loved chilling in the living room area watching Netflix! The bathroom is also good with high quality products. The bed to mention is very comfortable you may fall asleep as soon as you rest your bed the bed is also quite high. We would find personalised notes in the room with sweets which was a special touch and always made us smile. The breakfast is located on the terrace with a very good selection including cheeses, hams, eggs, pastries, cakes, muesli, yogurt, jams breads, so there is something for everyone! The location of the hotel was another bonus. We practically walked everywhere as a lot of the main attractions were walking distance such as Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, colosseum etc. There are also many busy streets near by where you can shop and plenty of restaurants to choose from. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. I usually like to stay in different hotels each time but when coming to Rome again I’ll definately come back here. Thank you Palazzo Caruso for taking care of us so well!
