The room was overbooked, so we had to stay in another hotel for one night. They had not noticed us until we arrived there. The room was dirty and the photos on tripadvisor and booking.com were not the same with the reality. The shower was broke, the walls were dirty. Avoid this hotel, our citybreak was compromised. We've lost one...

We stayed in the hotel in March 2016 for 2 nights and it was all okay. The receptionist was nice, showed where we can find the nearest supermarket, which bus we should take to the centre and also led us to our room. The location is good, you need to take a bus and in 10 minutes you are at...

Guesthouse with shaky/ noisy beds, no daily room cleaning. Manager rarely available for contact. Person named Benjamin tried to pursue us for writing good review for him. I will start with the bad things: 1. The smell in the room was horrible. It smelled like sewage from the bathroom and we had to stay with the windows opened all the time. What disgusted ne was the mould on the shower and on the air conditioner. 2. Check in is at 1 o'clock, which is a little bit...

Have just returned from visiting Rome and staying in the Cesar Palace Guesthouse. Travel on foot from the Roma Termini train station was easy and not too far at all, and if you somehow manage to get lost there is the very large and interesting looking British Embassy on route where the guards out front will happily help direct you....
