Amazing, clean, cozy and so beautiful hotel. It's near to Carrefour shop and metro station piazza Bologna. The people who work there are so smiling and nice person's. I'll be back there next time. Thanks for all your caring and nice time in your hotel. :)

Christine and me stayed here earlier in the year (March 2012) when Italy played Scotland at rugby. This was our first time to Rome and we couldn't have selected a friendlier B and B (you never know what'll you're going to get). The young..ish owner couldn't been more helpful with his tips for sight seeing and delivered our breakfast promptly...

21 Aprile House was a fantastic base for exploring Rome. The room couldn't have been cleaner or Lorensa and Davide more pleasant, they really did think of every detail to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

The B&B is close to the metro and a new station is going to be build more closer. The room are nice (space, color, clean, quiet, ...) for the price. The owner is nice. They give you all the information you need. They advise for restaurants, shops, ... And the result is successfully. The best one was the breakfast in...

We spent 4 nights at Davide & Lorenza's B&B. Location was very convenient, just couple of minutes from the bus stop and about 10 minutes walk from Metro. Rooms were cozy and very clean and had a fridge. Davide was very helpful, recommending nice restaurants, calling the taxi when needed. We spent 3 nights at Davide and Lorenza's B&B at Easter. They were there for us when we arrvied, very warm welcome and a lovely room. The place is warm, spacious, light and quiet.
