The service here was just ok. The design was ultra modern and attractive. The room was unlivable. There were no drawers or shelves. The closet was narrow and shallow. We had to live out of our suitcases. The mattress was thin and lumpy. The pillows were small and flat. Everything in the room was black, and the lighting was dim....

We booked and paid a 6 night room at this hotel in June 2016, our flight was missed due to a family emergency in another country. After speaking with the hotel they refused to refund any money even after explaining to them that we had a family emergency in a different country arriving 6 hours later. They were very rude...

I was the tour leader of an incentive group, and we have enjoyed our staying to Hotel Twenty One for 3 nights. The rooms are average size, but well kept and clean. The staff is always there to help you with anything and very friendly. They made me feel at home since some of them spoke my language. The restaurant...

Beautiful hotel... the ambiance is delightful! Surrounding restaurants are nice, but the on-site "Bistro 21" is just as comparable. The Bartender Erica is absolutely amazing... and our waiter Fabrizio was even better!!! Visiting from Miami, Fl for a few days and we may not eat anywhere else

I would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again! We chose Hotel 21 as it seemed the most modern and comfortable out of all the hotels we saw online, and we are so glad we did! Breakfast was a lovely spread, the rooms were clean (which I'm always very fussy about), the staff were so helpful, friendly and informative,...

It's about a 15 minute walk from the main shopping strip too! Brilliant staff- staff were so helpful and friendly, they recommended a great place for pizza, and all the locations anyone going...

This hotel was perfect, i cannot fault it at all. The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival, we had some issues with the jacuzzi and they came up instantly to fix it, nothing was ever too much for them. We stayed in a junior suite and looking at pictures i thought it was going to be tiny, however there...

Staying in Prati

Neighbourhood Profile
Prati
Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets, quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
