The facilities are basic but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but nice, including bread, prosciutto or cheese, butter, jam, tea, and coffee. The location is good. Maria is friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay here if travel to Rome again.

We visited Rome at the end of September 2015. We reserved rooms at B & B Felicia and were delighted with our experience. This B & B offers value for money. It is well located in the Laterano neighbourhood, close to the historical centre but not within the very touristy areas: it provides a genuine roman experience. Getting around from...

We stayed here for six nights on september 2015. It is very good bargain for the price. Small place but all you need when you spend all day wondering around Rome:) It was also very clean. The location is perfect as it is very close to metro station, supermarket next door, and amazing ice cream place "Rivareno", 10 min to...

My wife and I booked 3 days in this guest house at the end of brief tour of Italy. The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean not to mention sizeable . The private bath room just adjacent to the room was more than adequate for our needs. The owner was extremely helpful providing us with piles of useful information...

Booked the double bed with private external bathroom. Room was good size and bed was comfortable. Shower was great and bathroom clean, as was the room. The female owner is very friendly and accommodating. Filling variety of breakfast options too. Nice location in San Giovanni neighborhood. Metro stop is a short walk.

The place is very basic, though don't have any particular complaints, except that with windows facing the inner court there was constant smell and noise from the nearby restaurant and no sunlight. Ok place if you plan to be out exploring the city and only coming for sleep.

We have been to Rome many times and almost every time we are please with the B&B's we stay in. We feel that that by staying in small B&B's w get to experience the people and their culture more. And, the added bonus is the cost is less. Felicia has working a/c, private baths and clean rooms. we brought family...

I stayed with my wife for 5 nighrs during June 2012. The hotel is located around 5 minute walk fro the Metro, and there's a bus station (87 \ 360) right outside the hotel. It's not a central area in Rome and it's not as close to th Collesium as it claims to be - yet it's a quite area,...

Dear visitor, thanks for sharing your impressions on our B & B. Your views are very useful in improving the service and the quality of living of future guests. I wanted to clarify some things about your impressions: 1. There is nobody at the reception after 13:00 pm. I or my wife we are in the b & b during...

“Write down questions when booking and when you arrive, look at the rooms before accepting them. Make certain the a/c, wifi(if needed) and rooms are to your satisfaction. If not, there are plenty of other B&B's within walking distance. I rarely make reservations in Rome in advance.”

“The last room to the left has no A\C control, it's only controlled by the front desk. Ain't sure about the other rooms, though the guy from front desk claims they have the ability to control A\C from their own room.”
