Flavio made our stay perfect! We stayed in 4bed room with bathroom. There is a nice view from the balcony and a bus/tram stop near by. It is only few stops from Vaticano and Colloseo. City town - 10minutes by train. You may even go to Ostia (at the see) with direct train from Pyramide (5min walk). I can fully...

We stayed 2 nights at Testaccio in April and had a great stay. We had a great view from the balcony over a park and got a bottle of wine and some prosciutto right on arrival. The room was clean and as advertised. The neighborhood is perfect for seeing Rome, yet coming back to a relaxing space that doesnt feel...

We booked our 3 nights at the B&B Testaccio because, to be honest, we are cheapskates and wanted somewhere that would keep the cost of our holiday down - it just needed to be somewhere where we could sleep that had a lock on the door, four walls and a roof. The B&B Testaccio proved to be so much more...

I stayed there for a week with my family. The rooms are very clean, Elena is a great host, helping a lot to people, she speaks English, Spanish and French. WiFi is free, the neibourhood is quite calm, the room was equipped with a small fridge. If you wish to have working air-conditioning you have to pay 2€ a day....

I loved staying at the B&B Testaccio because of the simple but very clean rooms, great neighborhood and atmosphere, not very far but away from the busy centre. Elena is so great, she will help you with every question you have. She is providing a free map of the city and a very detailed other map of beautiful Trastevere neighborhood...

I chose this place in large part because of all of the good things said about Elena. She was very nice and quite charming, but was not around very much to help us with questions. We did get a good overview the first morning, but after that it was hard to catch her. The room for four was very clean...

Hello! Just to say to everyone that Expedia write in their own part that the transportation from/to airport is included. If you ask them they will organize it. In my own page never is write that I have a free transfert service. If my Guests need it and ask me I organize it for them and I don't take nothing...

Stayed here for 8 days during our honeymoon trip. Of course it's not a fancy place but me and my husband didn't really care about fancy. We just wanted something comfortable and affordable and this was just the perfect place. Elena was just so wonderful and very helpful with everything. We also really loved the Testaccio neighborhood. Not a lot...

My son and his wife and new baby live in Rome, so rather than intrude on their family life we picked a B & B on the next street. Good choice! We have just got back from staying with Elena and would definitely go back. We decided that last Sunday it was raining so rather than walk around Rome in...

We arrived late in the evening and Elena was there to greet us. She had sent a driver to the airport to pick us up which was very helpful since it was our first trip to Rome. The room was very clean and comfortable and is located in a nice residential neighborhood. You get a voucher for the cafe next...

We had a super stay for 7 nights in September 2014. Elena was SUPER NICE! She gave us a total run down of what to do in Rome, what buses to catch, how to get about and what to look out for. She was friendly and attentive but not nosy or over the top. she just let us get on...

Staying in Testaccio

Neighbourhood Profile
Put the house music on replay and you have Testaccio, an ancient Roman port and former working class neighbourhood where the bass is set to high almost every night of the week. Its collection of discoteche (nightclubs), street parties, and crowded restaurants give it its well-deserved party reputation. During the daytime, Testaccio is more easy listening than club hit, the area is full of locally owned small businesses and has one of the city's larger produce markets.
